Overall it is absolutely worth it! Location is 10 min walk to the center city, 5 min to metro/train. About 2 blocks from red light district did NOT bother us, just added an exotic to our stay-we do like adventure!

I was ill and had to stay in hotel all the day. And I took a hot shower in the hub. And I felt a lot better. And it became my whole frankfurt.. Breakfast was pretty nice and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very modern in decor, clean and exceeded expectations for a train station locale. It is just about two blocks from the main train station making it extremely convenient for travel. It was also about a mile walk to many of the main sites and museums for added convenience. The hotel include breakfast and Internet which for the price was a very good deal. I stay in another hotel and I paid more money for the same service and it didn't include the internet. I definitely recomended.

This hotel has nice staff and a very descent breakfast. The only issue we saw was that the rooms were a bit small and dated. The doors for instance had to be really pressed hard to lock. Also, there were no mini-bars or fridges or water bottles in the room. If you get this at a good price, it's worth it as it had a very centralized location. Close […] to the main train station and a ton of inexpensive stores to get water, fruit and the likes. If you are paying a pretty penny, you may want to look around as this is not a luxury place. everything is good but only the room don't have the electric hot water pot. Although the location was close the train station but there are also close to the red light district...

The only minus for this hotel is that the air conditioning was too hot in the room with no control panel. The only way we could cool it was by opening the window, which then let in the noise of late night/early morning revellers and traffic.

The room was simple but satisfactory. The hotel is a short walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was great. -Note that you enter through the All Seasons hotel.

This hotel was great. It was extermely clean and newly remodelled. The bed was a bit lumpy, but it wasn't really a game changer. The location was perfect for our trip as it's in the heart of the downtown area.

This is a twin hotel sharing the same reception, lounge etc with the all seasons hotel - which is relatively new and looked like much better maintained. We were given a dirty room with torn curtains totally unacceptable - was able to change to one at the lower floor (much better) with AC etc. - that room was acceptable - still the stairs etc were dirty […] and the room was renovated but old. If you are a stickler stay at the all seasons - a few bucks more expensive. The location is very good - walking distance to everywhere and very close to the train station and the old town. We had booked 2 triple rooms, but they tried to put 2 of us in a double without AC. The blinds were dusty and when I went to open them, they fell off. We asked for a new triple room, as booked. Eventually, after showing persistence that we wanted to be moved, they put us in a cleaner, nicer double room in the renovated part of the hotel. Loved the hotel and location. AND breakfast was fantastic! Very clean, modern remodel room, very bright lots of light, desk folks were very helpful, lots of restaurant and shops around the hotel and gave us lots of choice to eat and drink beers. The ambassador was a great option for us to be able to stay close to the train station near the middle of the city and in reach of all of our wanted destinations. Is an easy destination as a stopover in Frankfurt, with a great breakfast, comfortable room and helpful staff.

The hotel was clean, as just renovated. The rooms were also clean. For two persons a little more space for suitcases was needed! The breakfast was excellent! The location is problematic, but we could cope with it.

This hotel was close to the main station, walking distance to most sights, and had a very good breakfast. It was hot at night but they let us use a fan. Beware...do not try to open your window and have any lights on, you will be swarmed by bugs!

We stayed our first night here and was very happy. The location is great, but the area is a bit noisy and area is less German then others, but its still very nice and easy to get around. Great hotel for a stop over. Breakfast was very large and lots to choose from. Front desk was very friendly and spoke good English.

Last minute booking on business trip. Hotel is older style but rooms quiet, staff helpful and breakfast good quality.

It was a really nice stay, the front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful a lot of places to eat around the area and maybe a 10 min walk to the train station, and YES the RED LIGHT DISTRICT is a 3 min walk around the corner, anyway the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were spot free, really the ONLY thing I didn't care for was the elevator, sometimes […] it worked sometime it didn't but they do have another one I WOULD stay there again. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel it was about 30 euros but I know that could change depending on a number of reasons,the train back was about 3 euros and was a shorter trip. Room was available and clean. Wi-Fi internet access required going to the check-in desk and signing a form but it was free. Only glitch was while the access was to be for full stay, the system rejected log-in on three consecutive days requiring a new password. The shower/bath combination had a half-glass door that leaked a bit by the hinge. The hotel is not far, but sufficiently separated, from a Frankfurt "Red Light District". Hotel is clean, a few blocks from main train station, nice breakfast. The bathroom had one small soap bar and shampoo packet for each one of us, I would expect something more for the staggering price we payed. Staff friendly. Free Wirless is a plus.

The hotel is next door to the All Seasons hotel and are owned by the same people. You check in at the All Seasons..and our room was in that hotel. Nice and clean although very small. One block from the red light district.. not good to walk around there at night. During the day it is no problem and within walking distance to a lot of sights. I never was in a hotel with elevators stopping between floors and having to go by the stairs up or down to get the floor and rooms!! The room was COLD, and when asked at the front desk they said they were ok and wearing T-shirts and no way to get warmer our room. Finally I asked for more blankets. Room had humid smell, but nicely furnished. The brakfast […] was great, probably the only thing I could reccomend. They have two hotels in one, Ambassador (cheap) and All Seasons (10 more Euros). Probably the other is better, at least you get to the floor with elevators. The surroundings are close to the train station, so nothing nice at all. When we arrived, the hotel had 5 full trash cans at the door!! not a good view. I have to say that the breakfast was great, you get it at All Seasons side (both have the same entrance). At check in I was greeted by a member of the staff who was not friendly and told me that my room would not have A/C. When I asked to pay extra and get an air-conditioned room I was told there are none and that I had requested a very very low rate! I don't understand I didn't request a low rate. My 3rd stay at this pleasant hotel and my first since it's refurbishment. I took my 80 year old mother to see the country/city where her grandson now lives. This time my room was at the front and the main complaint is there was only a net curtain across the window.Also, no minibar to keep drinks cool. There was a lot of noise Friday night from revellers […] but all good-natured. The breakfast was good and filling - there was even a toaster! All that is needed now is marmalade!! The only complaint from my mother was the lack of facilities to make a drink in the room. This was solved by popping round the corner to the local bakery. It was exactly as we expected! Very close to the train station and affordable for a short stop. The staff was very friendly!

Another pleasant stay at the hotel. Room clean and comfortable, but quite hot at night. A plain sheet would have been better than a duvet. Otherwise, no fault found.

Breakfast wasn't in a good condition. I could smell something from food.

Hotelli oli muuttanut nimensä All Season hotelliksi kylteissä ja sitä joutui vähän aikaa miettimään. Olin liikenteessä tyttäreni kanssa kahdestaan (5v) ja yksin tai aikuisten kesken hotelli olisi ollut ok, mutta kun naapurissa on muutaman kymmenen metrin päässä paikalliset XxX liikkeet päivystävine tyttöineen, ei sijainti silloin houkutellut. Svæt billig, men lå mitt i RLD distriktet, veldig utrivlig om kvelden

1部屋に３名宿泊での使用でしたが、ＰＣ３台（内スマホ１台）も無線ＬＡＮも快適に過ごせました。 ホテルのフロントの方の対応もよく、また朝食も大変おいしかったです。また最終日に分かったのですが、1Ｆフロントの奥のスペースが快適で、おしゃれでした。もっと早く分かっていれば、くつろぎスペースとして使用していたかも。いずれにしてもお勧めです。

除了周遭的環境比較吵雜,其餘的都很不錯。

sa situation nous a permis de déposer nos bagages rapidement; l'accueil était sympathique, il y avait du thé et café à disposition gracieusement dans le hall d'entrée; le petit déjeuner offert était de grande qualité et variété; la propreté était bonne. la vue sur cour était moyenne et la salle de bains petite mais là n'était pas l'essentiel. フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩で5分程度。アンバサダーホテルの表示よりもホテルチェーン名（仏アコーグループ）の「all seasons hotel」の緑の看板の方が目立つ。 部屋はリノベーションされており、明るい感じ。シャワー（バスタブなし）は温度が上がるまで少し時間を要するものの、水圧、水量ともに日本と変わりなく、シャワーヘッドも可動式なので扱いやすい。部屋にはミニバー（冷蔵庫）、セーフティボックスが無い。基本的に朝食は含まれており、ホットミールはないものの、ハム、チーズ、サラダ、パン、ヨーグルト、ジュースなどが各複数種類あり、コーヒーメーカー・マシンも存在する。 1泊、２泊程度で寝るだけの利用であれば特に問題はないと思う。

フランクフルト中央駅から5分もかかなないところにあるため、便利だが、少し離れると環境の良くない街に当たる。金曜日の夜は朝まで、大きい音がホテルでも聞こえる。現在、このホテルは改装中で、エレベーターが使えない日もある。エレベーターの出入口は階の中央にあり、重いトランクを上げるには一苦労。経営者が同じで、受付も同じの別のホテルもあり、そのエレベーターが使える時はうまくいく。バスタブはなくシャワーだけ。朝食はソーセージはないが、満足できる。日本人は宿泊していなかった。

Oplevelsen er generelt tilfredsstillende og en meget flot morgenbuffet er med i prisen. Værelsesstandarden er ok og der er rent. Dele af hotellet virker lidt slidt. Hotellet ligger centralt til banegård + messecenter + området ved Main floden.

The room was small but clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was ok. The elevator stops somehow between floors, which means that luggage have to be carried at least ½ level for each floor. The service was good and staff very helpful. Location is close the main train station and close to appropriate parking-buildings.

Recently renovated and plesant roooms, bathrooms, lobby and lounge. Good breakfast. Free, fast and reliable wifi. 4 minutes walk from Haubtbahnhoff, close to red light district, but just on the safe and calm side of Münchenerstrasse. Operating under two names, Ambassador and All Seasons, can be a bit confusing.

El hotel sencillo, con un excelente desayuno buffet abundantem surtido y de muy buena calidad los alimentos y bebidas, servido en un agradable comedor.

Tiny rooms, but very functional. Cleaning is good, even the hotel is being remodeled (may 2011). Not my choice for a family holiday, but as an efficient and centrally located hotel for a business trip it is excellent. Internet works well, breakfast is really good, beds are very comfortable. Lack of power plugs is the only drawback I can think of.
