"Great hotel, great location"Oceniony przez gościa grupy Hotels.com w dniu kwi 17, 2012
Ginza is the place to stay when in Tokyo - elegant, packed with shops, restaurants, cafes and all other amenities. And in Ginza nothing can surpass the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier. Price/value is excellent, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, breakfasts are great, location is perfect for all Tokyo attractions. Add superb views on either Ginza or the Sumida river and the Tokyo Bay and you know why you want to stay in this hotel. The hotel boasts great design and has great atmosphere. How about a dinner in their restaurant overlooking Tokyo? Rooms are smallish, but this is Tokyo, and their rates there is no reason to complain. Our next stay in Tokyo will be in this hotel. Perfect!

"Chisun Hotel - good price, good quality."Komentarz: Beata R - "Warsaw", dnia paź 7, 2010
Nice hotel, nice room, enough for 2 people, we stayed there 3 nights. Clean, tidy, and the staff was nice. Opposite the street is Lawson 100 - you can buy there products for 100 yen.

High on opulence and popularity, Ginza was one of the city’s first districts to implement Western-style brick buildings and gas lamps. Set in the heart of the city, it is the place for those who don’t mind crowds, and serious spenders. But it takes very little to see Asia’s largest fish market, a traditional kabuki play, or the latest gadgets at the Sony building.

Stayed in Shiba Park in triple room, hoping that it would be large enough to accommodate 3 people and 4 large suitcases. Closet was barely big enough to keep 2 large suitcases; the other two were in the room. The bathroom was adequate and for the money, this was very good deal for us, particularly because it was the New Years holiday and our first choice […] hotel was charging triple the normal rate. We were close to two subway stations - both were the Toei Line for those familiar with Tokyo Subways. The Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Line was a reasonable walk and close to the Pokemon Center (big draw for kids). We could easily walk to Tokyo Tower, Zozoji Temple and there were many convenience stores near by, as well as good restaurants. It was nice to have Airport Limousine Bus Service from there, but it takes 2 hours because of the number of other hotels it stops at before getting on the expressway. Unfortunately, they don't have many choices of times like at some other hotels, so we got to the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no view out of the window and the hotel is one of the older ones. But these were not important to us. We were happy to be in the annex building where there is free wifi in the lobby, as well as rental computers and printers. Staff were not proficient in English, which was problematic for my husband. There was one staff person who had very good English, but he was not always there. The beds were very comfortable, especially since at our other hotel, the third bed was a sofa bed. Having a real bed was a huge plus for our son. The fridge worked fine and they had a tray with selection of instant coffees and teas, which we never used. There was a hot water heater they kept pulling out when they cleaned our room and that I kept shoving back into the closet shelf along with the tray. They did not get the hint that we did not want the hot water heater out. It was nice to have big pump bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body so Przeczytaj więcej
"Decent Location, Helpful Staff, Shabby Room"
The hotel room was pretty shabby, and looked as if it was last updated in the early-mid '80's (judging by the decor). I guess it did the just for one night. The hotel has a good location being within a 5 minute walk of the nearest subway station. We were also pleased with the pleasant staff, who gave us some sight-seeing ideas..
"Shiba Park Hotel - don't believe what you read"
Look out for this hotel. There is no "air-conditioning" as claimed. Instead the management sets a minimum temperature which affects all rooms. (Ours was a balmy 26 degrees celcius, forcing us to open our window at night to try to keep cool!) The so-called Queen bed was a double bed, even by Japanese standards, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The […] "down comforter" was, in fact, an old polyester bedspread which had been around as long as the hotel. (Heaven help anyone that runs a UV light over that thing.) When you first see this hotel on the hotels.com website it claims to be in Ginza, but be sure to check its proper address on the main selection page, which is about 2kms south of Ginza. Finally they will only give you one room key, which makes it difficult if you and your companion want to head in different directions and meet back at the room. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and most speak English. The hotel is in a safe location, close to two different subway lines. But we stayed in two hotels in Tokyo during our two weeks there and this one was no match for our first hotel, the Citadines in Shinjuku, which was cheaper and closer to the fun. There has got to be better hotels than this one, surely. Przeczytaj więcej
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, most spoke some English . It was a great location close to a subway station and many restaurants/bars. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower, a temple and several shrines. We stayed here twice during our Japan holiday for a total of 6 nights. The rooms were a little dated in style but they were a good size and […] very clean. Przeczytaj więcej
"Best business class hotel in Tokyo"
Have stayed in Tokyo annually for last 20 years - the last ten at the Shiba Park - great location, close to two subway lines and JR - airport bus from Narita drops off right at the door - by far the best business class hotel in Tokyo.
"Shiba Park Hotel - very satisfactory for Americans"
Very nice place to stay, comfortable with good air conditioning and helpful staff. Restaurants and bar associated with the hotel were convenient and the food and service was excellent.
"Shiba Park Hotel i Tokyo"
"OK hotel with central location"
The hotel has a good location close to city centre and with good connections by subway train and airport limousine. The hotel could provides a good service but rooms needs an update.

"Meget fint centralt beliggende til alt"
Venlig betjening.vi var specilt glæde for beliggenhed i forhold til store togstationer og sværdigheder. Spændende mangfoldige spisesteder.Praktiske værelser og god morgenbuffet.
