Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong - Pekin

Having stayed there for work before, I stayed for pleasure this time and it was not a disappointment, especially when I booked 2 months early and had a good rate through hotels.com. The rooms are well equipped. Especially appreciate the smartTV that doubles as a giant PC through which you go on the internet at no extra charge (there is also no charge […] if you plug in your own laptop with cable in the room, but a charge of RMB 80/24 hrs if you use your laptop to log into in-room wi-fi). The iPads at Reception are a thoughtful installation, as guests can check last-minute things like transportation links, flight info, etc. The room is also clean and spacious, well-lit with a decent bathroom. Didn't eat at the restaurants, but used its swimming pool, which was surprisingly pleasant, without the bells and whistles of other spa-like pools but a good practice pool of about 25m a lap. Make sure you wear a swimming cap though! Had to buy one at the dept store nextdoor. The location is centrally located opposite the CITIC building and at an exit of Jian Guo Men subway stop. Silk St Market is about 10 minutes' walk, and right next door is Scitech Dept Store and a McDonald's (if you crave for a burger). But if you wish to get taxis in a hurry, suggest you go through the underground walkway to the CITIC building opposite or the St Regis, as there's much more traffic. Very few taxis stop at Chang Fu Gong. Overall the hotel's service is courteous, thoughtful and prompt, and an excellent choice for business and pleasure. Przeczytaj więcej

the hotel is under renovation now till Chinese NY, it's better visit the hotel later to avoid the dust and noise from 9AM daily. The hotel staffs are friendly and try their best to provide quality service to fulfill customer request, yet this time the staying expereince was disappointed.

I lived in 16th floor. the norse on the street was so loud that you can hear the cars all night. the bathroom was outdated. the TV has bad percetion.

Good location, close to Scitech and across the street from the No. 1 line (subway). Tough getting taxis at this hotel though (taxis are hard to come by these days in Beijing, in any event). However, if you walk just a few short blocks to Scitech, it will be easier to grab a taxi.

Highly recommend this hotel for convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located to the Jianguomen Subway Station which is a major transfer station allowing easy access to Tiennanmen and other major tourist sites, it is a short walk to Starbucks on Ritan Road and a short walk to Ritan Park and the Silk Market. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel for the week that I was Beijing (Sept 3 - Sept 10, 2011). The subway is close by (a couple of blocks, but need to cross some crazy streets with lights that no drivers care to follow), and good old McDonalds are just next door. I did not find the breakfast attractive at all. In fact, this was the worst part of our stay […] because the breakfast was not good at all. Definitely has rooms to improve (no pun intended). I chose to stay an inexpensive hotel with a free pick up service on the first night, which was not reliable at all, and I decided to switch to this one. It was worth it to pay more for good service and excellent room. The taxi ride from the Airport was less than 100 yuan.

Hey, the room is clean, softer beds then in other China hotels i experienced. The neighborhood? Well, its ok. The staff weren't really helpful as knowing what was around the bend. One of the best hotels for the price. Staff is very professional and helpful. Needs improvement for 4 and half star.

We recently stayed at the Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong in Beijing and found it convenient, comfortable, and clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful--getting cabs, storing luggage, and giving directions. It is strategically located near the Jianguomen subway station -- the Line 1 runs right to Tiennanmen, a short walk to Starbucks, a 10 minute walk […] to the lovely Ritan Park and if you head out the North Gate and turn right up Ritan Beilu you will find the wonderful Comptoirs de France Bakery which has excellent coffee lattes and french pastries. Location was nice. Hotel room was not 5-star at all. Staff was veryaccomodating eventhough english was not widespread spoken; a bit difficult to communicate. All and all it was okay...

Hotel is clean and efficient; but gym was terribly dated and treadmills did not work properly. Pool was great. Because of a problem with the lights in our first room we were upgraded to a much nicer and larger room which we enjoyed. However, the bed was extremely hard in the new room . The bed was hard as a rock!! Very uncomfortable, and I was supposed to be in deluxe room. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and very helpful, the place is clean, and the hotel is located near the subway, and is very convenient.

地下鉄1号、2号線の駅に近く便利。またＪＴＢマイバス（ツアーデスク）がホテル３階にあり、情報収集も予約にも便利でしかもツアー発着がホテルニューオオタニ長冨宮ロビーなので部屋から直結してツアーに参加できるので大変楽でした。しかしホテルの部屋のミニバーの冷蔵庫は完全に停止したままで全く冷えず、フロントに連絡して女性の係が顔を出したが、「温度設定ダイヤルの設定が高すぎたからでそのうち冷える」とそれっきり、あとのフォローもなく3泊４日の間、稼働せず。また部屋のエアコンはオンオフと風量調整は機能したものの、温度設定ダイヤルは壊れていて設定温度は分らず状態でした。

部屋は開放感があり、また、清掃も行き届いており快適。何よりスタッフの多くが日本語が話せるので、とても便利です。朝食のブッフェは結構バラエティに富んだメニューで味も良し。仕事で２日間のみの滞在でしたが、次回もこのホテルにと思わせるところがあります。あえて難を言えば、チェックアウト時のデポジットの説明が不十分だったのの、部屋の洗面所の栓の開閉方法が分かりくいこと。後者は、栓自体を押し込み開閉するという、自分はいままで経験したことのないタイプ。説明書きがほしいところ。全体的には十分満足。

　どこに行くにも便利ですし、ちょっといい部屋をとったせいか、お部屋の使い勝手もよかったです。 　ただ、通り沿いにはあるのですが、ちょっと複雑な構造で、地下鉄駅に行くのに迂回して地下道を渡らなければならなかったり、構造を理解するまでちょっと戸惑うかもしれません。そういう構造なので、タクシーは捕まえるというより、誰かが乗ってくるのを待つ形になります。そう思っていると、意外としょっちゅうタクシーはやってくる、とも言えます。しかし、すぐ呼んでほしい、とか、5分以内に、は運がよくないと難しいかも。しかしあまり不便とは感じませんでした。意外に来ます。 　一番の問題は空調がうまくできなかったことですが（冬なのに異様に暖かかったせい？　暑かった…）、ちょっと心配しながら行った割りには、便利だし、また泊まりた […] いと思いました。 　どこにいくにも便利だし、基本的に快適です。最高級のサービスとは言えないかもしれませんが、値段からいっても十分なサービスだし、リーズナブルなホテルだと思います。 Przeczytaj więcej

地下鉄・建国門駅のすぐそばで、天安門、故宮といった観光地や、国貿、建外SOHO、秀水、王府井などのショッピングエリアへのアクセスも抜群です。レセプションには日本語ができるスタッフが常駐しておりサービスも非常に良かったです。ホテル内にはJTBのツアーデスクがあり、市内観光などのツアーもすぐに申し込むことができました。ホテルのすぐ横には24時間オープンのマクドナルドや、夜12時ぐらいまで空いているマッサージ店もあり、2度利用しました。冬だったこともあり宿泊費もリーズナブルな価格設定になっており、とてもコストパフォーマンスが良いと感じました。次に行くときも是非宿泊したいと思います。

渋滞していなければ空港から30分程度、朝陽区という北京の中心部に位置しており、アクセスは便利。 ただし問題なのはホテルの立地的にロードサイドにあるように見えて、実はタクシーがほとんど入ってこないこと。数人タクシー待ちしているだけで、30分以上は簡単に遅れてしまいます。 スタッフには日本人(または日本語ネイティブ)もおり、日本人にとっては便利なホテルといえるでしょう。日本大使館が近いこともあり、政府機関のロジ経由で北京のホテル予約を依頼するとこの長富宮ホテルになることが多いようです。 室内のアメニティはロクシタンです。女性にはうれしいでしょうね。 北京の冬はさすがに寒く、窓にはカーテン以外に冷気遮断のための厚手ブラインドがついているなどホテル側も工夫しているようでした。

・朝8時前に、いきなり部屋のベルが鳴り、「掃除だ」とのこと。まだ在室しているので後にしてと言うと、「じゃあ、何時に私は掃除が出来るんだ？」と言われる。これって５星ホテル？ ・フロントで翌朝6時半にタクシーを予約したいと言うと、「その時間は何台も待っているから予約必要ありません」との 返事。ところが、朝一台もいないばかりか、ベルボーイすらおらず、30分以上待ってやっとホテルに来る客の降りたタクシーに乗ることができた。 ・フロントで両替したら、人民元を投げて渡されて、私が人民元を数え終わらないうちに奥の控え室へ入っていった。 ・二度と泊まりたくない。

改装工事中のためか、ホテルのランクの割りに、とてもリーズナブルな価格で宿泊できました。日本政府要人も宿泊しているようですが、工事の音が気になることもなく、快適に滞在できました。 多くのホテルも同様ですが、一つ難を言えば、ベルボーイに頼んでも中々タクシーが来ないし、表の通りに出て自分でつかまえるには少し不便な立地です。

There is an awful strong smell in the hotel coridoor when you get out of the lift to your room , the typical smell of mixing mold rottening n renovation paint . The bathroom is particularly very old to need renovation , the shower head is only plastic one that can hardly hang good at the hanger to wash your hair . The only good thing is that there is […] a combo of TV & PC in the room that you can access email or web surfing .Definitely not worth the money charged at this extreme low season in BJ , as compared to other newer ones ! 空港までの片道の送迎を頼んだら500元言われたので自分でタクシーでいつたら８５元でした。又朝食はフロントとレストランで値段がちがう、全てにたいしてサービスが悪い。いいろいろ中国のホテルに泊まりましたが最低のホテルです。

　日本国内のビジネスホテルと相当金額7000台円で、高級ホテルに泊まれた！お得気分！無料の朝ごはんサービスがあれば、最高！ 　さすが日系ホテル、ロビーのスタッフ全員日本語で交流できるらしい。中国語が分からないでも、困らない！

都心で便利。建物は古くなっているが、よくメンテされている。サービスも良く、日本人にとっては快適。北京で一番困るのは交通手段だが、タクシーもある程度で並んでおり、いない時は呼んで貰える。最悪でも、地下鉄駅までは3分。

日本人スタッフの常駐など、中国語が出来ない人でも気軽に使えると思います。また、地下鉄の前にあり、北京市内への移動がとても便利です。レストランも日本料理や中華料理、BAR、そして女性に人気のSPAもあり、ホテル内でも十分楽しめる環境です。

ホテルは地下鉄1号線・2号線利用できる駅から徒歩5分圏内でいて静かな佇まいなので、ホテルに戻るとほっとします。 ＪＴＢ・ＪＣＢのデスクもホテル３階にあり、マイバスツアーの集合場所なので、とても便利でした。 またホテルスタッフもとても感じが良く、空港までのタクシーの手配も親切な応対でした。 水の出も良く、次も利用したいホテルです。

日系のホテルだけあって、イライラすることが無かった。部屋もキレイに清掃されていたが、やはり老朽化の為であろう、古さをとても感じた。 フロントも日本語を話せる従業員がいて、愛想も良かった。 ロビーでは、胡弓やピアノの演奏もあり、とても楽しめた。 また次回も利用すると思う。

ホテルは、問題なく、また　利用したい。 が　 5日前に、このサイトWebで予約しましたがホテルに予約連絡が届いておらず、スムースなチェックインはできませんでした。そんな中　ホテル側の対応は良好でしたが、当日　他のお客さんでも同様のトラブルがあったとフロントから聞いています。予約確認ページを印字をやはり持っていく事は重要。

地下鉄駅 建国門に徒歩数分。しかも、北京最大の繁華街、王府井や新感覚の「国貿駅」にいずれも2駅で とても良い立地。日本語の分かる、話せるスタッフもいて、チェックイン・アウト時になにかと好都合。 　ただ、大通りから1本入っているのと、中国の事情からか(?)、米国のようにタクシーが列を作ってまっていることはないので、タクシー利用時には、余裕をもっていくことが必要。

個人旅行で利用したので立地が重要な選択肢となりましたが、ホテル ニューオータニ 長富宮は地下鉄建国門駅に近く、観光にも買い物にも非常に便利でした。 建物は最新とはいきませんが、必要十分です。 日本語が通じるので、日本人の方にぜひおすすめします。

日系のホテルで歴史もあり、大変落ち着いた雰囲気です。安心して泊まれるので、北京に来たときは何回も使っています。部屋は清潔で、備品も揃っています。金庫、洗面用具、バスローブ、浴衣(日本人向け？）等々 フロントでは日本語対応もできるので安心できます。 地下鉄の駅にも近く中心街（王府井）や天安門広場への移動も便利です。

Regis Hotel, close to subway station, McDonald is right next to the hotel (1 min) walk, then 5 mins walk to a shopping centre with supermarket in the basement & convenience store is at the corner. I found a super value salon and massage shop right behind hotel (about 3 mins) walk, 80 mins foot massage at 68 CNY; hair wash […] at 38CNY; body massage CNY280 for 120min; the shop is "black man beauty & salon" recommend #10 Master for foot massage & #7 lady for body massage. フロントの対応がよく、はじめての中国滞在という不安感を和らげてもらったような気がしました。 １Fレストランでは、庭園をながめながら、非常にゆったりとした気分でコーヒーをいただくことができました。 スタッフの方々の対応もとても親切でした。

日本語が当たり前のように通じ（もちろん完璧ではないが）、サービスも合格、部屋の調度品も文句ない、ウォッシュレットもあり。地下鉄出入り口はBでもCでもよい（Bの方が若干近い気がする）。

スタンダード2部屋が14階と16階にわかれてしまったことが残念でしたが、客室は十分な広さで不自由なく大変快適でした。 寝具が気持ちよくぐっすり眠れました。バスルームが古くカビがほんの少し気になりましたが、料金が安かったので十分でした。 日本語や英語が通じるので便利でした。 ロビーにある中国茶の小さなお店がよかったです。値段はほかに比べ高いですが、おしゃれな茶器でいろいろ試飲させていただき、人でごった返している北京の中で、優雅な雰囲気を味わいました。たくさんお茶を買いました。 夜は3階でフットマッサージお試し45分98元をやりました。とても気持ちがよかったです。 朝食はオーキッドテラスのビュッフェを利用しましたが、太極拳を見ながら毎日飽きずに利用しました。 場所は地下鉄に近くとても便利でした […] 。建国門の大通りを１０分ほど歩くと国営の大きなみやげ店があり夜8時まで買い物をしました。セブンイレブンも少し歩くとあるようですが今回は利用しませんでした。 すぐ近くの肥牛火鍋（牛のしゃぶしゃぶでした）はVISAカードが使えて味もよかったです。辛くないスープもあります。セルフサービスでたれを選びます。たくさん種類がありました。ただし中国語しか通じませんでした。 とても満足できるホテルです。 また利用したいと思いました。 チェックアウト後も荷物をこころよく預かってもらえました。 空港からは、渋滞なしでタクシー90元くらいでした。 Przeczytaj więcej

The hotel is very well located. We walked to Tianamenn Square and back. Several good restaurants nearby and, if don't have breakfast included, there's a McDonalds just outside the hotel which serves an OK breakfast...

地下鉄建国門に近いので、タクシーに乗るより地下鉄で移動するのに便利。とにかく車でも移動は時間がかかるので、地下鉄がよい。また並びにレストラン、マクドナルド、健全なマッサージなどもある。1本裏道は、地元の人たちの住まいで、風情があるというか、その対比が中国らしい。

中国旅行が初めての日本人の宿泊先としては最適。 地下鉄１号線の駅が近く、交通アクセスが良い。 ホテルの近隣には、２４時間営業の飲食店をはじめ、いろいろな種類の飲食店が並んでいる。また、小さな売店もあるので飲料水等（ビール）すぐに購入可能である。
