Multiple eating establishments close by. Close to Sea World. Soft drink machines ran out of water.

While the location of this hotel was ideal for work, please do not think this hotel was a dream. There were pockets of windblown litter. The hotel walkways were in need of cleaning. The Parking lot was full of "activity."

Room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing was commode had a ring of what looked like ashes.

I believe I got less for my dollar at this La Quinta Inn hotel due to some minor issues TV's out dated remote didn't function at all ask front desk for an additional one that one didn't work also..Sleep space in Bed insufficient, no refrig, no microwave, this Hotel is out dated in my book comparing. I've paid less for a night at a competitors and it […] was during the weekend with the latest upgrades you can think of. Close to Sea World

The hotel was booked to capacity for Spring Break and there were many families with lots of children. Yet the hotel had plenty of staff on hand, all friendly and helpful. There was plenty of food at breakfast, help was available whenever needed and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Everything was really Great but housekeeping needs to work on cleanliness. My son had an upset stomach he vomit on his pillow, housekeeping left the same pillow an pillow case on. I thought they would at least change the pillow case. Other than that our stay was Great.

The bathtub in the room we were given was black with dirt. The mamagement gave us a new room but did not key our new keys for 2 nights so we were lockled out of our room on the second nioght stay of the hotel. The new room we were given the air conditioner did not work. The Lobby area/food prep area was not clean either. This hotel is the place we always choose to stay when we travel to San Antonio. Always nice service and the free breakfast is a plus!!

The Hotel La Quinta SA Ingram Park was easy to get to and was close to the gym that my daughter was having her gymnastic competition. After her competition we ate at the Dennys that shared the same parking lot. The hotel was surrounded by a lot of different food places which was very convenient.

Very nice hotel stay. Room was very clean and comfortable for the price I paid. Did not eat the breakfast so I cant tell you about that. Not because I didnt want to but just didnt feel like getting up. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel quality is ok. The carpet is old and very dirty, but apart from that, cleanliness is acceptable. Location is just beside highway but close to a few restaurants. It's about 10-15 minutes drive to Sea World. Overall, it's good for the price you pay.

Hotel location was awesome to everything we wanted to go to. I was most impressed with the morning breakfast as they even had healthy yogurt. I would definitely stay here again.

While we have stayed in nicer hotels we have never stayed anywhere with better service. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and always took care of every need promtly. Since I spend very little of my time actually in my room, I would much rather stay in a hotel with acceptable rooms and great service than to stay in a beautiful room with bad customer […] service. The room was clean and quiet and a good deal for the price. Plenty of restaurants in the area and close to the airport as well. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Do not stay at this hotel! Our room was filthy! The sheets had not been changed upon our arrival. Pillows smelled like sweat. Restroom was not clean, no towels or toiletries had been provided. Poor service. I will NEVER stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel because it was near sea world. plenty of food and shopping in the area. The problem is when you open the door to your room and the stench of mold emanates. the smell was bad enough that each time coming into the room from the outside was like a slap in the face. The hotel is old and a little beaten. There was mold on the walls and […] ceiling of the bathroom. when my daughter asked if she could use the pool, we went to check it out and the water was so cloudy and there was a film on the surface, we told her it was closed. Some people i guess didn't mind because in the evening, it was a party in the pool. overall, we got what we paid for, a cheap hotel. there are nicer hotels nearby, but more expensive. how much does true comfort cost? more than this hotel costs i guess. Accomodations were very dated, crickets everywhere coming in through crack beneath the door. A/C was struggling to maintain 75'F. Breakfast was a joke: waffle maker, juice, cereal and a long line. I waited over 30 min in the waffle line.

If anything all I can say is that you can see the mold on the ceiling when you walk in the room. The shower had hair in it and the pool was small enough to be crowded all the time. If it wasn't for the mold and hair I would probably recommend this place. This place should be torn apart and remodeled and properly cleaned before new people come in.

I'm sorry to report that our recent stay was not a good one. We booked two days at La Quinta because we were happy with the hotel in Ft. Worth and thought it was a safe bet to stay at La Quinta again when we got to San Antonio. We didn't realize that the two facilities were so very different from one another. We didn't like the "motel" feel of having […] all the doors outside leading to the parking lot. We could have overlooked this if everything else had been good, but it wasn't. We wanted to get two rooms near each other. One with double beds and one with a king. We were told that this wasn't possible because all the kings were in one building and the doubles were in another. Therefore, we got two king rooms. When we got to our rooms, we noticed that there was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals and there was hair in both the bathtubs. The tubs were also badly stained on the bottom and didn't look clean. I called the front desk and housekeeping arrived within a few minutes to "clean" the tubs. Even after the maid left, the tubs still looked dirty and there was still hair. My husband rinsed out the hair and we just let it go. The chemical smell lingered in the room for many hours. Even after we returned from dinner at the Riverwalk, we had to leave the door open for a while. The heat of the night made this unpleasant. The rooms were much smaller than the other La Quintas we have stayed in. What made this worse was that the desk chair didn't fit under the desk. The arms prevented the chair from being pushed in all the way. We had to move the chair over by the window when we weren't using it. The light on my side of the bed didn't work. On our second day I figured out that it wasn't plugged in. There weren't enough outlets. The refrigerator, microwave and clock occupied the available outlets. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for 4 nights for our son's graduation from Lackland AFB. It is a great location just minutes from the base, places to eat, and just minutes from downtown San Antonio. This is a great place to stay for the occassion.

Room was clean, had all amenaties we needed. Breakfast was good, free broadband was a little slow.

We arrived and waited in the lobby in line for what seemed like an eternity while the ONE person that was working attempted to take care of each customer checking in at a time. She managed to anger about half of the people she was waiting on with her lack of knowledge about what she could and couldn't do. Once we got checked in she gave us our room […] key cards and we drove around to the rooms. One card worked, the other didn't. It seems she was trying to put us in a room that was already occupied with sleeping customers. I went back to the lobby to retrieve a key card for another room which now is not close to the one room we have successfully entered. No apologies, no nothing just hands me another key and says "see if this one works". The rooms were musty and damp feeling. I was concerned that there may be mold issues. We were told to keep showers short because of water rationing. The bathtub looked filthy and I scrubbed it out before allowing my kids to use it. We were going to use the swimming pool but decided not to when we got there and there was a very large man wearing not much of anything staring my daughter and I up and down. I felt very uncomfortable around him. By the time we left the next morning for our day long venture at Sea World, I was exhausted and frustrated because of our experience at the hotel. We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Seaworld. We were very disappointed. The room was was not clean, nor comfortable. The room smelled old and mildewy. There was mildew in the shower and on the shower curtains. Not a good experience.

After a long day in the sea world is good to have a bed near by.....it was clean, I called because the remote control didn't work and very fast they gave a good one.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially the kids. It was very convenient (it's near Sea World), very clean, the service staff was courteous, and the breakfast was just right. We got it at a great price at the last minute and we are so thankful that it was worth it!

The hotel room wasn't too bad. They never did service the room though. Never made the bed, vacuumed, replaced towels, etc. I was very disappointed in that. Other than that, it was fairly clean. One drawback was that we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. It was a challenge to carry all of our luggage, softball gear, ice chests, etc. […] up 2 flights of stairs. all was well in this hotel, we had no issues with the room. the fact that the serving staff was completely rude to me and my family was unacceptable and we had to complain to the manager. the ladies wanted us to clean the counters after we got something from the breakfeast bar and would make rude remarks. we complained to the manager and she assured […] it would be taken care of. i still would not stay at this particular hotel again because it made my family rather uncomfortable. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in room number 210 and paid $109 + tax per night. The moment we entered the room there was this weird smell. My kids could not stand it and actually made me spray my perfume in the room which did not help. Soon we realised that the smell was due to water soaking in the carpet from AC.It never went away in 2 days. […] Talking about the bathrooms, I have never seen such dirty hotel bathrooms in my life. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and tub was all black. I know that economy is tough on us and we are scratching and saving money for our family vacations. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel. They really do not deserve it.
