Whenever I visit Las Cruces, I always stay at this hotel. It is newer and every room that I've stayed in is in excellent condition. Great value for your stay!
"Room Was Wonderful"
Room was great, the rest of the hotel needs to be updated. The smell of bleach in the lobby was very overbearing. The room looked remodeled except for the bathroom which need work. The bed was the best I have ever had in a hotel.

"Great Staff and Location"
The staff always went out of there way to help. Great location to everything. Easy access to freeway. Clean and quite. Great place to eat close to the hotel. I have stayed there before and I will stay there again.

"Good place to crash"
We've stayed in this hotel on the way from CA to TX, and pretty happy with what we've got. We arrived late and the clerk was helpful and quick, handed the keys and directed to the room. The room is clean and smelled good. We had a parking spot right infront of the room. This is a solid 3 start motel without any complains. "La Quinta- Clean and walk to restaurants"
We needed a reasonably priced, clean hotel that was walking distance to restaurants and stores, this hotel fit the bill. There was also a city bus terminal 1/2 a block away that was heated with comfortable seats and big glass windows. Also a movie theatre and Walmart within a block, and a decent mexican restaurant and steak house. The room was comfortable […] and seemed to be recently remodeled. "Motel"
Just know when u book, this is a motel, you access your room from the outside, making it unsafe for people with small kids and/or women traveling alone. Across the steers there is a Quality Inn AND SUITES charges the same and is an actual hotel

"Surprisingly nice room"
The exterior of the hotel was not nice looking, but the room was very nice. I was great, quiet, clean, and nice. Hotel was perfect and I would certainly do it again

I loved my room! the only caviot was I reserved a smoking room and told the hotel the room they put me in was a non-smoking room. The hotel told me that there were no smoking rooms available because the hotel was full due to the holidays. This was not true, the hotel parking lot as half empty and there were many rooms not being used. I think the hotel […] kept me in the room because it was higher priced than the single I requested. we stay at this motel several times a year.they are very professional.thing that stoud our this trip was the new hd tv and there outstanding line up of channels. really great jobv on all levels.
"Rude Front Desk Personel"
Had to change rooms because our toilet was running. We were moved to the 3rd floor which was incredilbly annoying with a newborn and dog!!! The man at the front desk was not the least bit empathetic.....RUDE!!!! Comfy bed though.

"Worst Experience Ever"
The service was awful, the rooms were dirty. The first night they checked me in and when i went into my assigned room there was another person sleeping there, so they booked me a new room in the smoking section, stunk of cigarette and they didnt clean the room the next day. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again, simply disgusting.

"Great room ruined by outside noise"
This room was modern and very clean. All fixtures were new and looked nice. The sheets were clean and of great quality. TV was new and nice. This would have been a great deal and a great stay if it wasnt for the excessive noise from other guests coming and going. Problem: the majority of the rooms have a door to the outside front balcony / walkway. […] The walkway is concrete and has gaps in the floor. "La Quinta in west el paso. Close to the freway"
This is a motel we have stayed in many times. It is right next door to a cracker barrel that we love to eat at. The buildings are starting to get worn but the staff are real friendly and helpful. I left a phone charger and when I called they found it right away and offered to send it to me. They held it for a week so I could pick it up. It was there […] waiting for me without issue. "la quinta on remcon el paso west"
Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. The only two issues I had were, 1. that half of the tv stations were some branch of espn, 2 the wireless connection is open and not secured.
"Motel not being properly maintained"
I ordinarily like to stay at La Quinta motels. However, this one didn't have the elevator operating for the full three days I was there. That's a problem for people on the third floor, as I was. Also, the general upkeep of the place wasn't good. And the morning breakfast was sub-standard.

"discriminated against"
they did not want to give us the room we booked on hotels.com, they said there was only 1 room left and it was smoking with 2 small beds. when i got upset and starting calling hotels.com, they convieniently found a room, it was still smoking but had a king bed. we were too tired to argue and took it. the walls were paper thin and you heard everything […] happening outside. horrible stay. Staff were helpful if anything needed. Nice comfy room and the price was very affordable. Conviniently located with easy on and off I-10 access and plenty of restaurants nearby.
"Great value for a one night stay"
We were passing through heading back from the East Coast to our home in California. This was the stopping point for the night due to our long drive. We were looking for clean, quiet but further than the main El Paso area and still close to the highway. I was able to book this on the road through my Hotels.com AP on my IPAD which is SOOO convenient when […] we are traveling! This more than met our needs! The staff was very friendly and called us in our room about 20 minutes after our arrival to insure all was well. The morning Continental breakfast was better than most with protein (Hard boiled eggs, peanut butter for bagels) and a nice spread of muffins, bagels etc. The rooms were quiet even though close to the 10 frwy and very clean. You get what you pay for but, come on. Non-smoking means what it says. There was an ashtray in the room. Snagged odor neutralizer first night. Second nt clerk wasnice enough to bring one up. Bring extra sleeping pills and earplugs for traffic and "cathump" of rolling suitcases on sidewalk outside door. "Nice Hotel"
La Quinta is one of my faves. During our two week road trip , I could not find this hotel closer to the places we were visiting. So I was so pleased when I found this on our way back to Texas.... NIce hotel, healthy breakfast, room was clean and our family enjoyed our overnight stay here.

I expected less and got more. The room I rented was clean and did not have that bad disinfectant spray smell. The beds were a bit soggy but nicely made, like an expensive hotel. They give you three different types of pillows. The Continental breakfast was decent. The staff was nice. Despite the fact that this building is located next to I-10, you could […] not hear the traffic noise. The only problems were that the air conditioner was not able to be shut off. "The kindest, friendliest group of people"
This is the first time I have been to a place where the people treat you as if you are family, not basing on your pocket book. I had a great time.
