Decent place to stay. Stairs were a pain due to the fact you had t walk all the way down to find some and walk all the way back to your room. Room was nice and and checkout wasnt till 12 if you needed to sleep in. TV was not working and was a pain once you did manage to reset it. Could not control volume at all. Overall a decent stay.
Hotel was dirty and has a cockroach problem.

Too close to the highway. Extremely noise neighborhood .

We were very pleased with the room and the Denny's was right next door so I didn't have to drive in a town that I wasn't acquainted with.

We chose this hotel because it was right off the freeway and had easy access. La Quinta has the reputation of a quality hotel, but not this one! The carpet was filthy and there is an upward "slope" going into the vanity/bathroom area with holes in the cement which were merely carpeted over! I twisted my ankle coming out of the bathroom! The bed was […] sagging, I felt I was mountain climbing when I would turn over. The typical updates and improvements at most chain hotels has been overlooked here! Even the shower curtain rod is the old straight one not the shower expansion rod. In trying to find something positive to say....the shower had great water flow and there was hot water! The breakfast was until 9 am, and at 9:01 they were putting it away! It consisted of cold cereal, bagels, and packaged waffles and packaged muffins. Some fruit - no eggs or fresh make it yourself waffles....disappointing. The room was stuffy and even though it was early March, the temperature was warm, but we could only operate the heater, so there was no way to cool the room. As a sales person I only use the room to sleep. I missed having a wired connection to Internet - wireless is ok but need to have LAN - Breakfast very poor selection. Could be better -
"No Food in the Inn"
This is not a location that you would want to be walking at night. The bars on the windows of houses gives you an indication. We were traveling on Highway 10 and the location was convenient. When we went to eat our complimentary breakfast there was NO food. I mean not a crumb. There was no coffee in our room and no coffee in the breakfast room. "Good value"
Good room for the price. Good location. One little thing is kind of noise in the AM with people going in and out, as room faces the parking lot. Would probably ask for an upper level room next time. But, will chose this hotel again when in El Paso.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, some small discomforts but overall a good hotel to stay, hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.breakfast was a complete healthy serving.

My favorite part of this hotel was the staff. The lady in the front desk T was very nice and helpful, the room it self was not bad it had enough spaceand it was clean. The only thing that bothered me was parking i have a mid-size car and it was really hard to park with huge suv's, trucks, and vans all around. The parking is way to small.

The night desk-man "Daniel" was really helpful and nice, as was the lady at the front desk the next morning. Cleaning lady was another story lol, but she didn't speak English. For the price of the room this place was really really nice.

intially we just got a room here to rest so we would have a place to rest before we headed back to Abilene. We found a park near by in a quiet neighborhood for the kids to play, we found a nice restuarant(seafood) on the other side of the highway a block over, and had a few nice clubs near by for my girl and i to go dancing at. I'VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 3-TIMES BEFORE AND I HAVE TO HAND IT TO THEM THEY HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED ME, THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND READY FOR US. GOOD LOCATION AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING ON THE EAST SIDE. I'LL STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP.

"Looked very busy..alot of people hanging outside."
A lot of people outside looked real busy despite the heat. But inside the room was clean..the outside not so much. Breakfast was very very busy. The hotel was too big for the cafeteria.

KNOB WAS BROKEN , BUT WERE MOVED TO A BETTER ROOM IMMEDIALTELY. THERE WAS A SECURITY OUTSIDE THAT WAS A COMFORT.

the air went out in the nite and I called the front desk and they stated that no one was there to repair it we would have to wait till 8am when the repair man came in. I was leaving at 7am so we were hot most of the night and couldnt sleep. NO HELP! what so ever.

Well situated for fast access from freeway. Room was clean and comfortable, with fridge and microwave. Decent accommodations for the price - Denny's right next door.

"What a HOLE!"
There is NOTHING nice about this place. The only reason I stayed was that it was close to where I needed to be. Blood splatters on the wall, door and carpet. It's like they didn't even try to hide or cover it up. There were marks all over the tub, so much I chose to drive 4.5 hrs home before I showered. "Food"
The food was lousy. There were not enough breakfast choices. The parking is too tight for SUV's and the towels were a little rough.

"Seemed clean"
We thought this hotel had a refrigerator and microwave in the room but it didn't. The room seemed clean and the beds were comfortable.

First night the a/c didn't work. When we complained next morning they couldn't get to it right away. Since we were visting family for Easter we left calling latter & was told we had to move to different room. Went to old room keys didn't work, coludn't get to belongings. Office couldn't help. Came back later still couldn't get in old room. Desk clerk […] finally took key & and got door open. When we gotto new room it was handicap access & toliet was slow to refill with water. "Perfect Night's Rest"
I loved this Motel. It met all of my expectations, From Staff, cleanliness, location and easy access off of the Interstate. It was a great midway and stopping point for both my drive to and from Los Angeles. I look forward to staying there next year when I make the same trip. I brought my fiance to meet my family and we took a little side trip to NM to see some sights. When we left, my fiance liked the hotel so much he said to stay there again when we got back so we made reservations again. Was in EP on biz the week of 4-11-11. This location is very well managed and cared for. The only thing it was missing for me was a fitness center, which was easlly located around the corner off Lomaland @ the Planet Fitness location.

the first 2 days of our stay we were unable to get clean towels unless we went to the front desk to get them. on the 3rd day we went to the desk and told the desk clerk we needed clean towels, a house keeper came and took out the trash and gave us clean towels. she was nice! We never did have wash cloths.I will say it was a safe place to stay I felt […] safe. There was a large red stain in the carpet we called it to the attention of the staff. I forgot and left some clothes in the closet. I called when I realized I had left them. I called the front desk asked them to go check for me, the lady called back 2 hours later and said there were no clothes left in the closet.
