Hilton Singapore - Singapore

There was no way for Hilton to have improved my stay in Singapore. A free upgrade helped of course (you have to be lucky sometimes). The suite was perfect, staff great and the location excellent.

very nice hotel but a continental breakfast should be included even at the lowest price.

The employees make this hotel great.

Check in poorly handled, booked a king delux room non smoking. Told no king rooms left only twin,when challenged they suddenly found a King smoking room, When told this still wasn't what was booked and paid for they suddenly found a King deluxe non smoking While I was waiting some other guest spoke to the receptionist who was handling our check in and […] she started to deal with him while my wife and I waited (very rude and unprofessional) This is a Hilton? hotel is well situated but is expensive for what it offers...rooms are outdated and need total refurbishment

Convenient location on the Orchard Road, close to MRT station and an excellent underground food court. The breakfast spread is good. This is a clean and very well run hotel with friendly staff. Overall hotel and service is good. What is missing is the Asian Hospitality ... European staff was overdoing it and more stressful than efficient... Thank you to F&B and Concierge team, though for their help and friendliness!

Stayed in Hilton Orchard road for 2 nights during this year's Christmas, the location is superb as you can reach everywhere else in the island from here easily either by bus, taxi or the MRT service. The only thing i don't understand is why they do not provide free internet service as this is important nowadays, even if you travel to those third world […] countries you can get free internet provide by the hotels. It was a very beautiful and elegant hotel that is right outside of Orchard Road. We were able to walk to different malls and restaurants with ease. The hotel buffet is a bit expensive ($30-$40) but the hotel is surrounded by many fast food chains and cafes. Comfortable rooms and great service.

It would be nice to have free wireless. Hilton would attract more business if they did.

The location of the Hilton is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is showing its age. There are many more hotels which I would prefer to the Hilton. The service at the Executive Lounge was very good.

Very good location. One thing I did not like was the internet service. Too expensive. Most hotes it is free.

The hotel was surrounded by shopping malls, cafes and restaurants and the MRT only 5min walking distance, so it was really easy getting around. The hotel staff were friendly, the bed was super comfy and the room was clean, it was everything I expected. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May 2011. This is very conveniently located 4+ star hotel. Connectivity & transport: From the Changi airport, we took a cab to get to the hotel & paid approx 21 S $. Btw, there's a MRT station at 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. Location: The hotel is situated on a shopping street that most tourist come […] to visit (called the Orchard Road). There are 24 hour coffee shops, many other restaurants etc located on this street. We didn't try the food in the hotel, so no opinion about that since there were relatively cheaper options near the hotel, so we tried some of them. Will surely stay in this hotel again;) perfect location!

We chose this hotel because we were attending a business meeting there and it was very satisfactory in that regards although the bed was a little hard for us. Staff certainly try to meet your needs by anticipating them which is not always necessary and can be a little off putting but overall we had no complaints and it is ideally placed if you want […] to spend most of your time around the Orchard Road area. We prefer our privacy when we are away and prefer NOT to have our room serviced while we are staying. The Hilton certainly respected that request (which not every hotel does - even when you leave the privacy sign on the door) but were still happy to bring us extra bottles of complimentary water and anything else we required, so we really appreciated that. Pleasant hotel, right in the heart of the city. Room was bright and very modern, tv and dvd player were nice. Bathroom was a little on the ordinary side along with size but were adequete. Toilet flush was a bit weak and sometimes needed a few flushed. What really needs to be mentioned is the customer service and reception, all which exceeded my expectations. The […] room I stayed in was facing Orchard road so it was a little noisy with traffic but generally only in the morning. The Hilton Singapore - Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Orchard road where all the shops are. Great service; However is not very family oriented. does not cater very well for families with children.

Hilton Singapore is super conveniently situated on bustling Orchard Rd – Singapore’s thoroughfare wildly renowned as a shopper’s paradise. In fact even within Hilton’s own walls, luxury shops await your patronage (that is of course if you must indulge in some retail therapy right away and the behemoth complexes that line Orchard can’t wait). Besides […] its ideal location and friendly hospitality, Hilton Singapore comes with addnl. Hilton perks, especially for HHonors members: dedicated check-ins, free (depending on availability) room upgrades, complimentary hi speed internet connection and, in some cases, complimentary breakfast buffet – which can be enjoyed in the Executive Lounge or in the main dining hall on the lobby level. Though I should note that –even as an HHonors member— I much rather enjoyed having breakfast in the main dining hall as opposed to the Executive Lounge; the variety of food items – continental and Pan Asian alike were more varied and the atmosphere a little less formal. The Executive Lounge—to give it its props though—is great for a little more quiet and seclusion should you need a little bit of serenity in the mornings. Rooms are pretty spacious with plush bedding, decent size work stations, flat screen TVs and, bathrooms, like other Hilton Hotels, feature toiletries by Crabtree and Evelyn. A word of caution that rooms that face the street tend to get a little noisy and could be bothersome (especially if you’re a light sleeper), so if you have the option, ask for rooms that do not face the street. There’s a rooftop pool where you can take a plunge after a long day of shopping or sightseeing in the sweltering Singapore heat – and, maybe toss back a couple cocktails to complete the whole R&R therapy. The hotel’s beginning to show its age, so a little sprucing up might be necessary. Hilton is good hotel,with very good service prime location . Walking distance to ,Key bay ,Boat bay, which offers you lots of entertainment . Also not far from airport or bussines district. Couple of miles from Sahara kafic ...

i thought that this hotel was way above my expectations. i mean that hotel was amazing! i was even considering living in that hotel!

Lovely rooms and bathrooms, all staff very helpful and excellent breakfast. Pool lovely. Good position for shopping.

The hotel was in a wonderful location, service was outstanding. I had told the young lady at the counter that I wanted to get a Spa package for my wife for her birthday, they were quick to help me out. Later that night after taking my wife out for her birthday, we returned to the room to find a cake with candles and fruits for my wife! I was so surprised, […] and they didn't charge me for it!!! Again with the service, the maid had came to my room when she noticed that there were drinks missing from my room. As soon as I got to my room the Maid asked me about because she wanted to make sure that I was getting charged for the correct amount!! I really thought the service was Outstanding again and again. It has been 20 years since my last visit to Singapore. While I was planning where to stay, I spent a lot of time surfing through the internet and which the pix of Hilton Singapore caught my eyes. Hilton is big in the industry, with it's location on Orchard Road and refurbished room, I decided to go ahead with it. When I got there...the hotel itself […] is very old and worn out, the impression is very 70's! while I walked into the room (executive deluxe room), it looks fairly much the same as the pix shown on the internet from one perspective, but the other perspective was wooden venetian doors to wardrobe, mini bar and the bathroom was so passe. I could helped but ask the staff whether the room has been refurbished, and only realized that they did partially. I travel round the world and I was in shock that I have to pay for internet access, which I beleive for such a big name of Hilton, they shouldnt charge at all or wouldnt charge as much as singaporean dollar 55.00 for approxiamtely 3-4 hours. One more incident that I would like to share is, when I was queuing for a taxi at hotel and there were only 2 groups (including myself) are waiting, the front doormen told us if we want a taxi, we'd better call one our own!!! I knew it was raining but even if we have to call, it should be calling by the concierge instead. The Hilton Singapore was the most amazing hotel. It was located in the best place to be in Singapore. If your hungry, every kind of food is there, shopping,money exchange.movies...everything. This is generally a good hotel with nice facilities in the heart of Orchard Road. Staff are generally helpful with the exception of some of the local staff on the executive club floor where there is a generally rather stressed and unhappy atmosphere which impacts upon the service. For example, turning up just one minute early for the cocktail hour in […] the evening is liable to result in a very grumpy and unhelpful response from those responsible for setting out the snacks and drinks. The Executive Floor staff just seem unhappy and there is a tense, whispering atmosphere amongst some of them not conducive to relaxation after a hard days work. Staff in the fitness centre, and the ground floor reception, are very friendly and helpful in contrast. Some disapponitment for the hilton hotel group the room is old and small Service is not good

Es un hotel muy bonito en medio de muchos centros comerciales con mucha accesibilidad en trasporte muy buena atencion y servicio. Estoy muy contenta de haber estado ahi mas de una semana. Saludos

Perfekte Location, sehr professionelle und routinierte Abläufe, freundliche und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleine Einschränkungen bei der gastfreundlichen Beherbergung gab es nur bei den (manchmal zu routinierten) Abläufen, die mit den individuellen Wünschen nicht immer passgenau liegen. Beispiele: - Die Zimmer sind um 14:00 Uhr bezugsfertig - nach […] einem 12 stündigen Flug muss man auch um 10:00 Uhr noch 4 Stunden auf das gemachte Bett warten. - um 10:25 Uhr wird das Frühstücksbuffet noch mit dem vollen Preis verkauft - um 10:27 Uhr sind die Speisen verschwunden. абсолютно в тысячи раз лучше и шикарнее, чем на картинках! ОТЛИЧНОЕ местоположение, приехав в сингапур понимаешь что это просто рай в отношении передвижения и близости ко всему. Очень счастлива была там остановится. Шикарный завтрак, шикарные условия.

建物自体は新しくはないが、内部は綺麗に改装されており、清潔感がある。空調はデジタルできちんと調節できて、快適。

Hotelli sijaitsi loistavalla paikalla. Metro asemalle muutama sata metriä ja ostoskatu oli parhaimmillaan hotellin läheisyydessä. Aamiainen todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä kuntosali ja toimiva katolla oleva uima-allas.

Хилтон расположен на одной из основных центральных магистралей. Вся улица Орчард Роуд представляет собой один большой развлекательный центр/шоппинг молл. Как один из положительных факторов, здесь меньше туристов чем на Марина Бей, больше самих сингапурцев. Отличная возможность почувствовать аутентичную сингапурскую атмосферу.

Excellent hotel for businessmen as well as for turists. Not too big, there is still a medium hotel feeling. Service and location is perfect in the heart of Singapore, on Orchard road but also close to the Botanical gardens etc. One of my favorite hotels in the World!
