"Great Hotel"
Stayed here for a weekend with my girlfiend and we really enjoyed it. Modern decor, nice pool and beach, friendly staff and fun bartenders. We would definitely return.
My bf and I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was under different ownership. We came back this year and loved the changes. Definitely going back. The service was wonderful, especially poolside.

There are very few amenities provided by this hotel. The lobby and rooms are dark and lighting is poor. The furnishings are very minimalist and the electrical outlets in the room are poorly located. Valet parking is required and is expensive. The location is good as is the neighborhood. the hotel had put us in an oceanview room but i had reserved and paid for oceanfront room. after letting staff know of this they had immediately moved us to correct room. the issue with this is that a lot of times i reserve and pay for rooms for employees and never see them so how do i know i am getting the room i pay for?

"Great Service staff and FOOD"
Just had a weekend away and loved this place the hotel is in a great location on the beach and the staff were brilliant. The food was unbelievable. The hotel is very pricey I admit but worth it.

"Great Spot"
Awesome hotel. Ocean view room is beautiful. Steps from the beach. Great service. Hallways a little dark, only complaint. Linens were fresh and comfortable, not average hotel linens. Would definitely recommend! Went here with my boyfriend, but saw families there as well.
"Lovely room, food, overall ambiance, but.."
My room was extremely noisy. I don't know if it was because of the tile floors or the location next to the service entrance of the Terrace restaurant, but from 3-6 a.m.. I could hear the movement of chairs on a hard floor, clanging and other activity. Didn't like the fact that the only outlet for my computer was behind the headboard or that it cost […] a $5 tip every time I wanted ice. The hotel is beautiful. My bed, very Bali-esque and comfy. "Omphoy"
Beautiful Hotel with great views of the ocean. Run very well and conviniently located in South Palm Beach. Staff is friendly and helpful with an overall reasonable price as well. This is a boutique hotel which is just the right size and does not overwhelm. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just steps from the beach, has great service a conveniently located spa and a great restaurant (didn't try the both of them). Apart from some caveats like the quasi-mandatory valet parking there is nothing at all to complain about. And I hardly ever waited even ten seconds for my car to be parked and staff is literally running to get it […] for you. The hotel is a great modern looking building, the best looking one on the coast in that area in fact. Staff is friendly some of them could've smiled more but none the less friendly. The room is one the most unique rooms I've seen, I love the canopy. My only complaint would be is that they charge you 20% gratuity automatically anytime you eat at the […] restaurant Michelle Bernstein, even when you already tip! So my advice would be either pay cash or be warned that they charge you and it gets cleared on your account a few days later. If you charge it to the room I'm not sure how that goes. "Head Lamp required"
This may be a "green" hotel, although no one tells you that, but its dark, very DARK. We missed our room twice in the hallways. Also requested a room with no down (feathered) bedding. Did not get that request filled until late on the night of arrival. They simply ignored the request. The food is expensive and fair. The outdoor seating area is great […] and the beach and attendants are very nice. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience at Omphoy Ocean Resort. I would like to take this opportunity to address issues that were of great concern. Our four star hotel has an upscale spa and dining so our charge of $150.00 per day allows our guests to charge any incidental expenses to their room. Upon check out, the hold is released and only the total amount charged to the room is actually billed to the guest's credit card. This process can take a few days so we advise most guests to avoid using debit cards for a form of payment. Regarding the charge at the beach for the use of the umbrellas at the beach,the company that provides the service is separate from the hotel and the charges are passed onto the guests. Not all guests take advantage of this service, which is why we cannot charge extra to our guest room. Our valet parking charge is $25.00 per day for all guests and this information is posted on our website and other websites that book our hotel through their website and a confirmation email is sent to our guests with this information regarding the mandatory charge. This charge is standard in most of the four and five star hotels in the area. Our front entrance, lobby and bar areas all feature a dark grain Macasar wood from India and a dark teak wood rulan ceiling. The wall covering accents the wood pillars throughout and is only on the immense 24' high walls. We take all guest comments seriously and continuously make efforts to use any less than perfect reviews as training and coaching opportunities for our staff and management.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Expect full and friendly service for everything! They even upgraded my room without me asking or them charging me extra. This hotel did NOT dissappoint in any way. As with everything in life, there are drawbacks. I knew about them before I booked, so I was prepared. I'd like to give you a heads up too. 1) You have […] to pay $25 per day for valet parking (I stayed for 3 days, tipped $1 everytime they fetched my vehicle, and was only charged for one day...not sure if that was just an error on their part) 2) There is no coffee maker in the room - you can buy a small pot (2 cups) for $6 (ends up being $12 with tax, tip and delivery charge)......OR there is this great place down the beach on the pier (walking distance) called Benny's. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hotel is situated between a gorgeous beach and the intra-coastal waterway (the design takes excellent advantage of both). Once in the resort, we could easily forget the outside world. Our room was immaculately clean and stylish, with an incredible wall of windows, looking out over the […] infinity pool. The staff was professional, prompt, and attentive. Although I wouldn't consider the resort particularly kid-friendly (a bonus for us), there were several families there with small children. "Exceeded expectations"
Always stayed next door at The Four Seasons in the past. Decided this looked like fun. Bar was great with original cocktails. Food was excellent from breakfast to dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice balcony. Beach was perfect. Half the price of Four Seasons. I recommend Omphoy highly. "Extremely Pleasant Surprise"
I made this reservation at the last minute, and had no idea about the hotel in anyway, I was just looking for a place that actually had a beachfront loaction . I had no Idea the place was this nice. The Hotel was beautiful, incredible attention to detail with the design and decor. Nothing like it in the area. Most of the hotels around are old stuffy […] the omphoy is something different in a land of comformity. Try it out, you will be pleasantly surprised. The Staff all made our stay such an enjoyable time that I extened my stay 2 additional nights. The Pool area is amazing with private cabanas that over look the pool the beach has white sands and there are umbrellas and chairs provided by the hotel. Food was great as well. "Omphoy Ocean Beach - Valet Parking Only"
This is a great place to go if you dont have a car, the hotel parking spots are managed by a Valet Parking at the rate of $26.50 per night, no other options are available for parking your vehicle. That was the reason for me to leave the next day

My husband and I visited the Omphoy for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the atmosphere and were impressed by the level of service, especially on the beach and by the pool. We chose to not rent a car, and I'm not sure if we would make that decision again. We spent a lot more on cab fare than we anticipated, since the only restaurant […] within walking distance is a breakfast/lunch place on the pier (John G's, which is FABULOUS!). We were also surprised at the prices of food and beverage at the hotel... steeper than we anticipated. "Awsome Facility, Service was Garbage."
This Hotel was very nice. The pool was awesome(could use it 24 hrs a day), the room was awesome(down everything), the beach is very nice, and i like the design of the building interior and rooms. The service staff, whether it be the beach food/towel service, restaurant service, or room turn-down service stinks. now it may be since we were there during […] the summer which i guess could be the off-season in Florida, but it seem like they are totally inexperienced in dealing with customers/guests. i cant count how many times my orders were messed up or forgotten. i even have to request turn-down service at the front desk once because the maids had not gotten to my room yet even by 4pm after having been out of the room with the "clean this room" tag hung on the handle for 6 hrs. During one dinner, the waitress had forgotten 3 separate orders each at a different point in the meal, and then, after having ordered a beer and waiting 20min for it, she comes and tells me that they wee out of the particular brand of beer. why couldn't she have told me right away. anyways, staff=Fail and facility=Win Przeczytaj więcej

Food menue is not very good . the room tile was very,very a law suit ready to happen. Water fromm shower leaks to floor. Spacing from door hinge spacing to wall. Een niet te groot hotel aan het strand leuk ingericht (iets aan de donkere kant) prettige bediening en een geweldig restaurant! Veel golfbanen in de buurt, geen winkelgebied. Je kunt jevergapen aan de gigantische huizen op het eiland.
