The sheets were stained and the air-conditioner was so loud, it kept me awake.

We had a minor issue finding a room that did not need to see maintenance very soon. We had to change rooms twice before we found a room that did not have a maintenance issue. Was great and clean except it had a strong smell when I first entered the room. It smelled like a mix between Bengay and Bleach if that makes any sense but after 20 mins in there I didn't even notice it anymore. It was a very comfortable stay!

We needed a hotel for just 1 night close to PBI airport, and this was the cheapest; we were not arriving until after midnight and leaving to see family the next morning. This hotel served its purpose... a clean room to rest our heads for the night. Friendly front desk staff, however the room doors face outside, so noisy starting at 7 a.m. No pack in […] plays were available (at least that's what I was told). My biggest complaint: the airport shuttle STOPS @ 11 p.m. and I did not know this upon booking. Hotels.com should have posted something, because again I needed to use this service. HOWEVER, it was a $10 cab ride from the airport, so not a big deal! Could use a fresh coat of paint, and maybe a little updating. Breakfast buffet was skimpy and coffee machine was broken. Found a bug in my water glass in morning. Blankets had many cigarette burn holes in them. Door didn't latch automatically. Toilet ran every 20 minutes to refill.

Friendly people, clean room, continental breakfast was great and even got cookies at night. Thanks

Really needs an update. Lobby area and elevator sure gave a bad first impression. The latch on our door wouldn't close, so we propped luggage in front of the door. Could never recommend!

Never the amount of towels that we requested - 4 people in my party and received only 3towels/washclothes each day. I had to request more EVERYDAY. Didn't vaccum the room unless requested. We came back one day to find the door to our room WIDE OPEN!! We reserved our room 3 weeks in advance and prepaid for it. When we arrived we did not have towels for the 3 of us. Then the TV did not work right. We called for help. They sent someone up. He looked at it and said it must be replaced but he had to go home so he would take care of it tomorrow. We called the front desk and told them what he said. They […] sent him back up to replace it. The next day our bed was made and our trash picked up and a new roll of toilet paper was added to the bath room. The tub still had our hair in it, no soap or towels were added. For the amount paid, it was OK. But other hotels are elevated in price in that area of W. Palm. It is very close to the airport, City Place and Beach. I would recommend to anyone on a budget and its value was good for that area. The staff was friendly and willing to assist you in whatever you need.

The hotel is ok for the price. The location is accessable to all of West Palm Beach. The neighborhood is on the rough side. When you enter the hotel lobby the first thing you see is a big sign that says the hotel is not liable for damage or break-ins of cars parked in their lot. That should say enough. This hotel would have been okay considering it's price but the front office guest services was not very helpful and accomodating. I booked 3 rooms together yet we were assigned to different parts of the hotel and would not even bother to possibly assigned the rooms closer. We enjoyed our stay. was very close to airport,hotel had a shuttle to and from airport.

First, I requested two doubles when I made my reservation and when we arrived at the motel they only had a room with a king and sofa bed. We turned out the sofa bed and the mattress had two nasty stains. They then moved us into another room where the mattress looked clean. I requested that the sofa bed be made up and they eventually came up with the […] bedding and just handed it to us. There were no bath towels in the room and when I requested 4 towels we were brought 2. We asked for 2 more, but they never arrived. My husband had to go to the laundry room in the morning to get them. The breakfast was minimal...cereal, danish, bagels and donuts, but they also had a waffle maker if you wanted something more substantial. All in all, it wasn't too bad. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Slight musty odor, but we opened the door for awhile to air it out and it was fine. Yuck yuck yuck....do not stay inn Demanded room changed after checking sheets to find small blood stains,condom wrappers etc. No 24 hour airport shuttle only begins at 6had to pay cab fifteen bucks after promise from hotels.com for 24 hr. Service

Everything was excellent, except I believe the room was identifed as a non smoking room, but I am sure someone who used it previously was a smoker.

No complaints, but nothing special either - the continental breakfast was nice enough and the layout of the hotel/pool seemed nice but the room smelled a little old even though it looked newly renovated or fixed up. Would stay again only if highly discounted compared to similar properties.

I booked this room because of the reviews... Lets just say, DON'T waste your money! To be honest, the room was never used because there was NO ONE at the desk the 4 times the party attemped to check in. When I called to tell Hotels.com what happened, they contacted the Hotel and the Manager denied it. I book all of my Hotels through Hotels.com. The hotel was very good for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk service was not at all good. Unfriendly front desk clerk at check in. I asked if they offered AAA rates and she said yes, but I cannot help you. You should have done that when making reservation. I explained that there was no place online to put in my AAA number. smelly, dirty, old, noisy... if you like that than go

The staff was very accommodating. i had a problem with the AC, and they put me in another room in 5 minutes....but M my TV remote was not working, and I had to keep the tele on all night. They did replace the batteries, but it happened again. If the remote loses it's charge while you are watching TV, you can not turn it off...and I couldn't unplug it […] because the cord went behind the wall to prevent theft. 1st room had horrible bleach smell, changed rooms, 2nd room had no lights that worked etc.. etc.. we moved to hyatt place.. do yourself a favor and don't stay at the stay inn

I requested a hotel with a airport shuttle service, which I got, but they did not operate at the time I needed and I had to pay for a taxi.

Perfect for the one night we needed before checking in to our long term rental. Close to the airport and not too far from the City Center.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. My room near the small pool was very quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Just steps away from an IHOP restaurant, but not much else nearby. (I didn't take advantage of the hotel's breakfast.) Hotel runs a shuttle to the airport on demand - and took no more than ten minutes from the time […] I requested a ride until I was at the terminal. All in all, excellent value for the money. Hotel was dirt cheap compared to the competition. And the location was convenient to the airport. But the room looked very worn. The security latch on the door was broken. Alarm clock wasn't working right. Soap was used and sitting next to the sink. TV was circa 1990. Crowd checking in looked a little rough as well. You get the picture.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but in this case, I was compelled to do so. Before booking, I read previous reviews and it sounded acceptable and I only needed one night, so I went ahead and booked it. Big mistake. 1. Check-in process took painfully long 2. The room was hot when I arrived and the A/C squealed loudly when I turned it on 3. They […] were hesitant to give me another room, but agreed to do so after I complained loudly enough 4. The other room had NO A/C! 5. Went back to the original room because there were none other available 6. The room was dirty 7. The carpet was threadbare and bunched up in traffic areas 8. The repainted bathtub was peeling 9. The TV did not work at all 10. No internet so I couldn't even watch anything on my laptop 11. Pool was about 65 degrees and could not use it 12. The shuttle van is unmarked and frankly unsafe to ride in. I'm not sure who found this hotel acceptable, but they didn't stay in my room. Stay...at your own risk. Don't Stay Inn...Stay Out! We only needed a place to rest our heads after spending the day with family, so wasn't looking for much. Based on the location (proximity to the airport) and other reviews stating its cleanliness, we went for it. Didn't have high expectations based on the price and was only looking for a clean room with a bed. Unfortunately, the room was in need of […] a makeover and not as clean as I was expecting. It may have been cleaner than it looked, but the need of maintenance painted a different picture. The 'blanket' was more of a bedspread which in conjunction with the general appearance of the room gave me the heebie-jeebies. The hotel service was extra ordinary. The staff took extreme care to make me feel at home. They even extended themselves to providing me a drop and pick up to a nearby hotel. I would recommend the Stay Inn to anybody looking for 4Star comfort at 2Star prices.
