What I absolutely loved about this hotel is that I could walk everywhere on foot - it is the very center of old Boston. It is also great that Wholefoods and Au Bon Pan are very close to the hotel.

My stay was very nice.
"Excellent hotel and close to Boston"
Really enjoyed my stay and it's close proximity to Boston. Was very relaxing to come back to after a tiring and busy day.Breakfast was always warm and wonderful. Will be checking this hotel out any time I have to visit Boston!
"Great stay with the exception of room service"
This hotel was very enjoyable. The only real disappointment was the room service. Two small bowls of vanilla ice cream (no toppings) , a pot of hot water (2 cups) and 2 tea bags. $24.00!!!!!!! And they totally screwed up the order. 45 mins later......!!! So yes, I would recommend the hotel, but strongly urge to pass on any room svc.

This hotel was a great value for the money. Spacious suite, clean and convenient location. Will stay there again when visiting Boston.
Not far from downtown Waltham. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The only negative is that there were times where there was no one at the front desk, and 2 or more people were waiting for 5 min. or more for service.

Had a wonderful stay! Would recommend this hotel to everyone, try the chowder if you do stay it is fantastic! The made to order breakfast was also great, need to be more organized about it tho.
"Great value and fairly close to sights"
The extra space in a suite makes a diff when travelling with a family with little ones. The hot breakfast was a huge plus since it saved us time each morning. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was very pleasant - from the front desk to the doorman to the restaurant. Housekeeping was very prompt when we needed extra towels!!

I will concider staying in this hotel again; as a matter of fact I will look for this hotel chain first and if not available , then look for others. The rooms are confortable and roomy and the breakfast is great. There is something for everyone, even the hotel restaurant was good.

About 10 minutes after we had checked into our room we got a call from the front desk asking us if everything was okay with the room. Excellent 3 day stay. free parking, great breakfast: made to order omelets, pancakes or french toast, with bacon or sausage. A nice open reception in evening with snacks & juice. Room very comfortable. only problem was sliding window seal was broken and hotel tried to fix with foam & duck tape, at night curtain kept noise & draft out. Excellent complimentary breakfast with Embassy Suite's "made-to-order" egg and omelette station. Room was clean with normal amenities like Crabtree & Evelyn bath products. Suite has fridge and microwave. Rec'd excellent value by booking through Hotels.com even though I do not get my hilton honors points. It does make a mockery of hilton's own website's […] bogus "low price guarantee." Located right off I95/rt128, a couple of exits north of the Mass Pike, it is convenient to all surrounding areas in the Boston/route 128 corridor. I also rec'd a couple of bottles of complimentary water and free wifi. This hotel was definetly focused on their guests! Everyone was so friendly that just being there felt like a vacation get away. I enjoyed my stay at the new Embassy Suites in Waltham, MA. Affordable and good service, I wish it were closer to Bosoton. Complaint: Very noisy kids early Saturday morning. Everything else was good!

"Nice Suburb hotel"
First time in Boston area and read all the advice not to rent car. I rented car to go places out of the downtown Boston. I parked the car at the subway station closest to the hotel and used subway for any traveling within the downtown Boston. Hotel staff helped us with the subway map and made our trip a lot easier with their advice. The car service […] in Boston is too expensive if you want to go anywhere outside of the downtown area. "WOW Nice hotel,nice amenities"
Suite was fine- amenities were great! Excellent breakfast with cooked to order omelettes in nice restaurant setting, lovely pool, spa and gym with locker rooms. We didn't get to try the bar as we only stayed one night, but we'll be coming back!

This hotel is a real stand-out. It's conveniently located and the price is generally good (we have stayed several times). Got a very good rate through hotels.com. Service was great... but central air was questionable -- good flow, but filtration/humidity levels seemed of sketchy quality.

The Inn has great staff that were friendly even when we checked in at 12 am. The hot tub was a real treat after a long drive. A perfect hotel for anyone visiting the area.

5 minute drive to the green T line, very family friendly. The hotel was crawling with kids in town for a hockey tournament while we were there. Pool/hot tub cleanliness was poor. Would stay again.

The rate for this room was fantastic but we had water problems in the bath and sink, icy or scalding, no in between. Also, the door to the bedroom was misaligned and would not close. On the positives, a helpful staff and a great pool area. Lots of space to spread out in the suite. All in all, once room repairs were made, a good value.

We wanted a reasonable place to stay near Boston for a weekend, and this place turned out to be a great bargain. The rooms were great, the pool was nice, and the staff was very friendly. We had a little one in tow and it was very easy to stay with him in this hotel.

We went for a get away to this hotel; we enjoyed a very professional complementary coked to order hot brekfast omlet along with a huge selection of other brekfast food. COMPLEMENTARY SNACKS . Kids love to ride the glass elevators going up and down to open centers of the hotel. Over all excelent.
