"Hampton Inn in Latham New York"
This was a nice updated hotel. The breakfast and seating area were well maintained and comfortable. The only complaint is the hotel provides free passes for a local recreation center because they do not have an indoor pool. This sounded great, but when we went to the center, it was closed until noon for swimming lessons so we weren't able to utilize […] it. "Good price for hotel in quiet neighborhood,"
Had too look hard to find this hotel from road, but staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, nice variety. Coffee in lobby and cookies were great after a long drive.

Over the last few years we have stayed at quite a few hotels on the Wolf road hotel strip and this was by far the best. Situated just off the main road with easy access to I-87 it is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel with great facilities and a good hot/cold breakfast buffet. "Hampton Inn - Albany Wolf Road"
I have never experienced a Hampton Inn which was not top of the line. The check-in and out procedure was quick. The room was lovely and very clean. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
Over-all this property is good....the only slight thing is the quality of the towels are worn....and the fitted sheets on the beds are too small and they roll up once you get into bed!!!!!!
"Great hotel during our visit to Saratoga Racetrack"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! From the greeting at our check in to the very friendly staff our visit was most memorable. We were traveling with our friends and we constantly repeated how happy we were with the Inn. Our breakfasts were delicious. The food was prepared well and served with a smile. The lobby had delicious coffee and […] tea that was always available. We were amazed to have home made cookies in the afternoon offered at the front desk. The staff was available at all times to be sure your needs were being met. The Inn is a short drive to the racetrack and is close to restaurants. We will definitely be back next year when we visit the Saratoga Racetrack. Thank you to the lovely employee who gave out the lucky pack of mints to everyone. We really think they gave us good luck! we stayed at the hotel for only 14 hours since we checked in late and left by 11am the next day. within that time everything went well. we were very impressed wtih the breakfast bar that ran from 6-10. the roon was inviting and accommodating. I wish I had time to use the pool and exercise room

Staff was very accomodating/friendly and allowed us a late check out due to our schedule. Very nice accomodations and bathroom was pristine. Great place to stay. Great value. Breakfast in the morning was well maintained and had a decent selection. "Great value near Albany Airport"
Highly recommended for leisure travelers in the Albany, NY area. (Okay, so that really limits the clientele. . . .) The "free" breakfasts were some of the best we've had, and with the exception of one grumpy overnight desk clerk, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is just far enough off busy Wolf Road to be peaceful, but […] close enough to Albany Airport (several airlines put their flight crews up there) and the Colonie shopping area to be convenient. Rooms were very clean and in great shape, though definitely "Hampton Standard"--with nothing in the room which would clue you into what part of the country you were in. We stayed nearly a week, and on the weekend, there were a lot of youth soccer players at the breakfast bar. They were very well behaved, but I mention it because some people just don't want to stay where kids are. We have not had a 'bad' hotel stay in the Albany/Troy area, but this was the best one. "Reservation Mishandled"
We booked five rooms so that our family could all stay in one hotel to attend my daughter's graduation in Troy. When we arrived late (but entirely confirmed and paid for), we discovered that a clerk had given away the room with two double beds (one for my husband and me), the other for our teenage daughter, away. The only options were: two rooms each […] with king-size beds; a handicapped accessible room with a rollaway. We chose the latter because our daughter did not feel comfortable staying alone. The room was unbelievably cramped with the rollaway and the rollaway so uncomfortable that my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. None of us slept. Also, the management did not mention how difficult it is to reverse directions to the hotel from Troy to the hotel. You actually have to go north to go south. All five parties were lost on the Thruway for almost an hour--even with GPS, and other electronics. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. The only problem we had when checking at 11:30 PM was the computer system for all Hampton Inns in the country was shut down for maintenance.

This is a nice hotel that is conveniently located only about a 5 min drive from the airport. They also have a nice breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.

"Great hotel with friendly service"
I was very happy with my experience at the Hampton Inn. The hotel offers free shuttle service from the airport, and it is close to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
"Good for the money"
We chose this hotel for the convenient location. The staff were friendly, room was clean, internet access and breakfast inlcuded in price. Overall would recommend for someone looking for a short stay at a reasonable price.

Everything was OK. One elevator was not working. Irritating TV in the room - few channels and you could not lower volume past a point or mute the TV. Otherwise, comfortable room and (most importantly) quiet. I would stay there again.
