"Awesome Front desk service, horrible dinner servic"
The Front desk people exemplified awesome customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gym was amazing. The only complaint I had was the service of the Derrick Restaurant located inside the hotel. There were only 2 waitresses and the poor things could not keep up with the tables they had. "The best I have had in a long time."
The staff at the front desk where amazing. We didn't have our luggage so the lady at the desk gave us complementary tooth brush and paste and deodorant. And the last four warm cookies. found small pieces of paper towel on the floor of our room, the hot water did not work in the shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor when you flushed the toilet. you will be hearing planes taking off and landing but that is the drawback to being close to the airport. At least they had ppv movies to watch and the tv's were flatscreen with alot […] of HD channels to watch. They have a restauant which was good, and the staff was friendly.
