Bardzo przyjemny, niewielki wsrod wysokich budynkow dzielnicy finansowej. Czysciej i spokojniej niz w centrum Manhattanu. Bardzo wygodne pokoje, duże i przytulne. Blisko do dawnych WTC, niedaleko metra. Obok kilka miłych restauracji,ktore wystawiaja stoliki i robi sie uliczka knajpek, ale nie ma hałasu ani brudu a mozna coś zjeść i wypić kieliszek wina lub piwo. Hotel wart swojej ceny! Małe sniadanko ale ok.

Hotel blisko lotniska w Newark, i obok wielkiego centrum handlowego. Dogodna komunikacja, bezplatny parking, śniadanie w cenie ( i nawet mozna sie nim najeść). Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, WiFi, w hotelu basen i siłownia. Rozsądne zestawienia standartu do ceny (to najważniejsze). poprzednio nocowalismy w innym hotelu w okolicy, pomimo że pokój był tańszy to parking+wyżywienie podniosly znacznie cenę.

The hotel is really good value for money. According to my previous experiences with accomodation in NYC I can even say that this hotel should be rather 3 or 3,5 star. The rooms are rather small but they are clean, comfortable and modern. There is everything you need, from free internet access to free breakfast witch is in my opinion good meal to start a day (cornflakes, some bread, rolls, muffins, fruits). There is no wide range of options but enough to have good breakfast. Hotel is in Chinatown but it's not problem at all. It's safe there and the subway line is just 2 blocks from the hotel (about 5 minuts walk). I will recommend this hotel and I will go back there next time I will be in New York City.

"Nice place, great rate"
We only stayed one night but everything was great while we were there. They were even paving the road right in front of the hotel all night when we stayed, but we barely heard a thing. The room was huge too!
"crowne plaza's need updating"
Crowne Plaza's need updating, from the worn chairs to the scratchy sheets. They used to represent a higher end place to stay but not any more. Worn carpets with dirty corners. I have seen chairs in some that belong on the dump. Discouraging and better places to stay.

The hotel was very nice. Pros: 1. Less than 5 minutes from the train station (if you are considering traveling to NY), 2. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores nearby, 3. Not to far from Route 287, 4. A Wal-Mart is located right down the street. Cons: 1. The hotel has a club on the ground floor. We could hear the music and festivities late into […] the night. Very agravating when trying to sleep. We could also hear people gathering/loitering under the front balcony (which was right under our window). It was worse on the weekend, but got a lot better on week days, 2. If you want a microwave and/or refrigerator, make sure you get the suite or whatever the upgrade is to get it. Other local hotels had competitive rates, which included a refrigerator and microwave. I assumed that for the price, I would have these. My fault for assuming. Don't make this mistake. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel, and may even stay here next time I'm in Edison, NJ. The hotel has a very rityz decor, with pleasant staff. They even have a steak house restaurant on the ground floor. I didn't eat there, but it looked like a nice set-up. The hotel provides wi-fi, and even a small office with a printer. The entire church group from Danville, Virginia was quite pleased with the Crowne Plaza. The staff was extremely friendly and the stay was comfortable and accommodating. The Crowne Plaza will become our selected choice whenever they travel up north.

"Love the Pace!"
I had a wonderful stay on New Years Eve. The rooms where spacious and comfortable. I love the staff and the amedities in the room too the gifts they leave on the bed.
"Good Service, Clean Room but Noisy"
This is one of the better hotels in the Edison area but the convectors (Heating/AC) are noisy going on and off make for uncomfortable night's sleep.

Stayed here overnight for a wedding that was held at the Pines Manor. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location was wonderful as the Pines Manor is just across the street, and the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the reception hall.

This is one of the nicest hotels in the area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The wi-fi worked very well. "WEEKEND LATE NIGHT NOISE"
WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS CROWNE PLAZA A FEW TIMES AND THEY TYPICALLY HAVE WEDDING PARTIES AND REUNIONS ON WEEKENDS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DO NOT HAVE FLOORS RESERVED FOR THESE GUESTS AND THE LAST FEW TIMES WE STAYED THERE THE LATE NIGHT PARTYING (3:00AM) FLOWED INTO THE HALLWAYS, KEEPING US UP FOR HOURS (UNTIL 5:00AM). Most discourties people. They do not stick to what they promise. Ther are just not people friendly. The people at reception are very rude. the people in the guest services are equally bad and they just do not care about your problem but would waste your time and put you on hold only to check your patience and at the end you would disconnect any way […] as you do not want to waste any further time with them. "Review"
Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly, however, the negative aspect for me was that there is no pool or mini refrigeratorsin the rooms. You can, howver, rent the mini refrigerator for an extra $22.
No Pool, No Breakfast..knew that. Walls are thin, you can here your neighbors argue and do other things. Rooms were nice, clean and beds comfortable. It was a good deal for the money and the lobby was pretty.

The hotel was pleasing on the eyes, clean room and comfortable. It made me feel at home. The only problem I had was w/ room service bringing up my food an hour later w/ my order being wrong.

Key Card had issues. When checked in key card never worked. Getting it second time did do any good. Called the Rep to assist. By the time they arrived, figured you need to insert the key card, remove it and insert it again for it to work. Not very intuitive.

I travel a lot and have the opportunity to stay in a number of different hotels at all price ranges. The quality of this hotel for the dollar value charged was outstanding. I've stayed in hotels that cost more but were not as large (room size) or well maintained. Great value Crowne Plaza.
Close to my company corporate offices, so it works for me. I do not enjoy the dining situation and some service staff is not very friendly.

Everything was fine except I could not control the temperature in the room. The room was a bit warm overnight. Also, the vending machine on my floor did not offer any beverages. I'd stay there again but not being able to control the a/c setting took some of the comfort away.

"Good 2-Day stay."
A good comfortable hotel in a quiet location with good surrounding for utilities and breakfast and lunch.
"Crown Plaza - reeks of smoke"
Although I am a non-smoker, I was placed on the 2nd floor. This floor has smoking rooms at the end and the corridors STANK of smoke. The hallways were also filthy. So, although the people were nice and the room was ok, I will not be returning.

Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. They let me park my motorcycle at entry way to keep an eye on it. Close to train to NYC. 45 min train ride to times square. Neighborhood looked like some crime potential. Room and hotel very nice. Restaurant was nice as well. Good food but wait staff was a mess. Got orders wrong both times we ordered there. Disorganized […] and forgetfull. Ordered coffee gave us decaf by mistake. brought wrong draft beer bartender complained. Omolette said italian sausage in it they gave us breakfast sausage. The Crowne Plaza Edison is a very comfortable hotel and quite affordable. The only disadvantage was not having a shuttle service from the Newark Airport. They did provide a shuttle to the local train stations; however, it is quite a feat to juggle more than a carry-on bag onto the train and then onto the airbus, particularly in pouring rain. "Very good experience with room and staff!"
The room and common areas were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was quite helpful. I will stay there again later this month.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza the night before an important business venture, and was surprised and pleased to find that it offered everything I was looking for. The room was GREAT- spacious and clean, bed was comfy and the place was quiet. Flat screen TV and good shower pressure. I needed a last minute iron in the morning and found a clean ironing board […] and clean and new iron in the closet. Check in and Check out were a breeze- I did not get there until late at night and they were accomodating, fast, and friendly no matter what hour of the day. "update your restaurant!"
This hotel had a restaurant that hasn't been updated for ...well, since they built it. Dreary, with low quality food. Get started at breakfast with artificial orange juice, ugh, and it goes downhill from there.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Edison, NJ for one night. The hotel has great curb appeal and the inside lobby was beyond beautiful. It looked like the mall inside Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas with the painted clouds on the ceiling. Check in went well. The room was so nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable and billowy. The bathroom was very clean […] too but they didn't restock the sample mouthwash, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The only gripe I had was that I booked a room with a fridge and microwave, but the room I got didn't have either. I rang the front desk and they said they would send them up. The fridge came (in a very sloppy condition) but there were no microwaves available. I was just a little irritated because I brought some dinner with me to heat up, but I'm not one to get fussy. So I just dealt with it. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations; I have stayed at a different Crowne Plaza before and these are getting to be at the top of my hotel choice list!
