Hotel czysty, dobrze utrzymany. Trochę za głośna klimatyzacja. Dobre śniadania przy wyjsciu na Marine. Bardzo blisko do Miami Beach jak rownież do centrum. Parking płatny ale za to pełna obsługa Internet płatny i nie zawsze chce działać.

The hotel was fine which I'm used to better, however, because we had an extremely large party I stayed where the majority stayed due to their budget. The hotel actually turned out to be okay. "What a nasty dump!"
Just managed to stomach this place for a one nighter before a cruse. Room stunk of mildew, and for a non-smoking room it smelled of cigarettes too. Carpet was nasty. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.. Poor service, trashy hotel, and purposely miss guided you to believe it was a high quality hotel. This hotel has seen better days. Nothing quality about it. We chose it because it had an airport shuttle only to learn they only go once an hour and thus we'd need to leave at 5 am for a 7 am flight. The staff were poorly trained and clueless about their computer and other systems, took forever to just get checked in while they muttered and mumbled […] to each other. the hotel does not run its own shuttle service, it is 11 minutes from the airport but after waiting 40miutes I ended up taking a taxi for $21.00. The next day I needed to go to the airport to pick up my rental car, they said that taking the shuttle would cost $20. "Close to convention center"
The facilities are dated and in poor repair. The pool was dirty and unusable. I had to switch rooms upon arrival at 5 in the afternoon because my initial room had not been cleaned. The service of the front desk was exceptional, very friendly and helpful, specially during night shifts. The rate is very good, but they don't change your sheets daily :( even when asked. We have guide lines to follow once we enter the airport and cruise port. Hotel shuttle has designated area that they have to be in they cannot pick up guest from the regular entrance . If shuttle service do pick them up from regular exit shuttle driver will get fine. So that is the main reason shuttle response in the Fort Lauderdale area is late.

Reserved a kiing room - I got a double - the worst room in the hotel. "Not near the CruisePort"
This was the worst hotel/motel we have ever stayed in. We were supposed to have a king bed and a queen, did not exist on the property. First they tried to give us a room with a king only, then moved us to a room with two queens. Very, very old and sad! Very expensive for the quality. Pickup service at airport took 45 min when attendant said that bus service passes through every 20 min. When we arrived tired at lobby,3 people were ahead of us and two attendants were working. We walked to the Dunkin Donuts which advertises to be open 24/7 and found it closed. We continued walking and saw a fish/chicken fast food place next to a liquor store (as we appriached we saw a rougher crowd inside so we bypassed this place) and decided to return to the hotel. Realized then that a BP gas station was on the other side of the hotel and went to buy some food; scary rundown place with disgusting choices. "Inexpensive and Confortable"
Nothing fancy, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The price was right to spend a night before cruise depature. No restaurants in walking distance, simply called a pizza joint and had the order delivered to the room. Kudos on shuttle to cruiseport. They were right on schedule at eleven.
