Room was clean, pleasant-smelling. Pillows were pretty bad, but bed was comfortable. i did not expect much, considering the price, but it was OK.

There was mold in the bathroom from the floors to the ceilings... There was NO ironing board .. Only one was cloth & 2 towels in a dbl room.. When we asked for more towels we were given rough pool towels in Dec. The tv was a blurr could barely watch it. Then Housekeeping came to the door at 8:30a to ask were we leaving that day which our reservation […] clearly said one night. then around 10a heard someone trying to open the door & it was the housekeeping lady again busting.. My brief stay at this hotel was not bad at all. Did not have a chance to take advantage of the pool, due to the weather, but overall the visit was pleasant.

We try to save a few dollars and get less expensive rooms when we travel. This one was very comfortable and we didnt have to spend to much just to get a good nights sleep and a place to relax. Staff was very helpful. Close places to eat not just fast food and easy to find. We will stay there again next year for sure!!

My wife and I were pleased with the check in and staff. Our room was clean and comfrontable. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this place will do. Nothing above that.

This Travelodge provided me with the most horrible hotel stay i've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. As a former hotel manager myself, and because the prices were low, I was tolerant of the unsightly decor and need for general repairs, but the absolute filthiness of the room was not acceptable. I respectfully requested a better kept room, at […] which point the staff became rude, accusing me of lying about the number of guests staying in my room, which was certainly not the case, but a mere misconception he declared to be true due to the third person in our vehicle he spotted as we drove into the hotel - the third person was, in fact, my daughter, who stayed in a hotel down the street with friends. When I explained to him that my husband and I were, indeed, the only guests, he requested to speak with my husband before he would offer me a more suitable room. Assuming the man was going to speak with my husband about making an attempt to satisfy my complaints, I asked my husband to return to the front desk to speak with the clerk. upon returning to the room, my husband angrily informed me that the man failed to listen to his complaints about the uncleanliness of the room, but instead interrogated him about the number of guests staying with us. I was LIVID! The fact that this hotel staff not only failed to offer a clean atmosphere (and, believe me, if I detailed the mess, you would be sickened) , he also separated my husband and me and interrogated us as if we had comitted a violent crime. Finally, as if our mistreatment and miserable stay were not bad enough, the hotel added insult to our injury by refusing to allow us to receive a refund on the remaining night we'd reserved, even though we obviously would not stay another night in that hotel, even if we were given complimentary stay. It is far beyond a terrible hotel in which to stay-- it is an insult to the American traveler and, although I'm sure there are other hotels from the chain that would feel as insulted a Przeczytaj więcej

Upon entering the room there was a strong smoking odor, (was supposed to be a non-smoking room), there was ashes on the floor by the sofa, almonds on the floor under the desk

Upon arrival, I was immediately displeased with the hotel. The hotel is unclean, old, and run down. It is not in the greatest neighborhood, and some of the guest were a bit "scary". The ac was broken in our room, it felt like the room was over 90 degrees. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up in five minutes. We waited with the door […] open. Forty minutes later I had to go down to the desk. Ten minutes later the manager came up, tinkered with the unit and discovered..."it's broken". After a few short words, we were moved to another room. Spend the extra money and stay at the Marriott

This hotel is probably the type that could be rented by the hour, if you feel my drift... It was very disgusting, old unkempt linens, fixtures, etc. It smelled like old man's cologne and toilet water. Most of the people around there appeared to be truck drivers and/or drunkards and addicts. I couldn't even stay there long enough to be there for a […] night. I left within ten minutes. There were some problems with cleanliness and maintenance of this facility. For instance, I had to go around plugging in all the lamps and the alarm clock/radio. Nevertheless, for the price it was acceptable. We needed an inexpensive hotel, easy to find, close to the highway, and in a reasonably decent neighborhood. This one filled the bill. Should you not warn traveler about construction at the hotel??? we were very unhappy about the dumpsters EVERYWHERE!! We could not even park close to our room

We have stayed in more hotels then we can count, and every single person we spoke to were so nice. We had a late check in, so by the time we got there, all we wanted was a shower and to go to bed. They gave us a room right next to the office, so we didn't have to walk far. The room was clean, not completely updated, but that wasn't our concern anyway. […] When we're out visiting our Army friends again, we'll be making sure we stay there again. Great people! Close to shoppinf and food establisments great service and friendly staff went out of thier way to help reminded me of the hotels fromwhen I was a kid older place but all we were doing was staying the night not moving in clean and comfortable great price.

The cleanliness was disappointing. Not as clean as I would have liked. Especially the bathroom area. You could tell the housekeepers rush in and out and do what little they can. Not dirty looking at first glance, but after a bit you can tell it needed a complete going over. Looked wiped down, but not really cleaned. I can say the desk staff was amazing. […] Very helpful, friendly, and did all they could to please you. Always asking if you needed anything. Pool was clean and cared for. You were allowed free coffee and juice all day. They had washers if you needed them. Vending room was clean and well stocked. Also had a couple tables and a microwave in there. The location was excellent for getting to the Ft. Jackson army base. Only 2 roads to get there. It was 14 miles to base, but both roads freeways, and the exit was right there. Burger King and Cracker Barrell and a sports Bar was right there surrounding hotel. Wal mart just down the road a block or so. Convenience made up for the not-so-clean room. We did enjoy the pool. Small but clean and warm. Also could swim as long as you wanted even though it was supposed to close at 9pm. We swam untill after 11pm. Overall, it was an ok stay, but if you are looking for 4 star, this is not it. But if your expectations are standard and want an easy stay, then this would be good. I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago for my sister's graduation from basic training at Ft. Jackson. Excellent service and welcome , can't expect a luxury hotel for the price so i believe it was worthed, everything great , my only suggestion will be to please take your bath towels with you cause their towels are so thin and hard that you will scratch your […] skin and for the complimentary breafkast do not expect variety :very basic: corn flakes, milk, coffee, juice small banana muffins and small cinnamon pastries. I would have given this hotel zero stars, but it wasn't an option. I'm going to list the big problems... Now I got a really good price on the hotel room but the room was not up to my expectations. The sheets and towels should have been thrown out a couple uses ago, there was candy wrappers and lots of dirt behind the furniture, electrical outlets are in short supply and the one near the sink did not work. Good price, room was OK kinda smelled a little, but it satisfied my needs for one night. I expected the worst but it wasn't that bad.

Dirty sheets, broken toilet, dirty bathroom and sink area, loud AC and unfriendly staff.

I made reservations at 4pm and was on my way to the hotel when my car broke down...I called the hotel to cancel my reservation and they refused and charged me on top of everything else. They said that I had not given sufficient notice but I had only made the reservation an hour earlier.

Una excelente localizacion con facilidades y comercios cerca. El cuarto es sumamente grande y comodo y sobretodo una buena limpieza.
