"Travelodge Portland E Gresham"
Hotel was clean. Somehow got a smoking room, when I booked a non smoking, didn't have any other rooms available. Furniture was wore, and pillows were flat, so bring your own pillow. Other than that for a stay the night hotel not bad for the price.

"Not Bad but not the Ritz"
Room was clean but the pillows were worn thin. We were visiting family so did not spend much time in the room. We plan on staying again in August on our motorcycle. They have an area that my bike can be watched.

I was trying to stay at the Edgefield, but it was booked. The Travel Lodge was perfect, it was clean and still close enough to walk.

"I always enjoy my stay here."
It's not the Ritz, but it is very homey. The staff is great and the location is great.
"Not as consistent as I expected for Travelodge"
Hotel was a little rundown, and parking lot really small, hard to park my large pickup. The hall door to the outside had a loose hinge and wouldn't lock. My room was right next to the door and it would slam shut loudly and wake me up during the night. Room itself clean and comfortable, but they need to fix that door!

"A good place to stay."
Three things make this motel stand out. Location; close to a major freeway, across the street from a Walmart, and a "quiet corner" of Portland. Staff; very friendly and informative. And comfort;; clean, but not sterile, bed acceptable, and the TV is good, with adequate selection. I'll stay here again.

"Nice Stay and Good location"
The room was clean, and very quiet. This was my second time at this motel. Great price and I had a very nice room. I will stay there each time I go to Troutdale.
"Great Price, employees, and location"
The hotel itself is older and the fan in our bathroom was really loud. My only two complaints, that really was no big deal. But the rate was the best in the area. Though the Travelodge was no Hilton the staff were as attentive and helpful as a five star hotel's. The complimentary continental breakfast was good and really saved some time. The front desk […] clerk made sure it was clean and well stocked. Speaking of the front desk clerk he went out of his way to get me a corkscrew, when I requested one. Our room was very clean and comfortable and they had a great selection of cable channels. The surrounding area was convenient there was a 24 hr Jack N the Box and 24hr. Walmart across the street as well as a 24hr gas station. The freeway was only two blocks away.I enjoyed my stay at this pet friendly hotel and I look forward to staying there again. Great location on the way out of Portland. Clean, comfortable and well priced.

I booked here because of the proximity to Edgefield - an easy 15 minute walk to the venue, and much easier than dealing with post concert traffic.

Passing through Portland on my way to the Oregon coast. Had a pleasant stay at Travelodge in Troutdale. The front desk staff was very helpful in providing me with map and directions to a restaraunt that was recommended to me.

Pretty sketchy, do not bring family or children, not a very good hotel. Maintenance guy (who apparently lives there) was rude and unproffessional, AC didnt work worth a darn, and there was wood colored tape over holes in the interior doors. "home away from home"
We always stay at this location when we visit our son. He lives in a small apartment. this is our home away from home. It is nice and clean and comfortable, breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.

"No Wake Up Calls?"
Overall this hotel is just what you'd expect for the money, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired as they don't offer any meat or fruit/veg; only cereal, milk, OJ and waffles. I stayed two nights this time, and asked for a wake up call both times, and both mornings they 'forgot' to call me, so I ended up sleeping in both days, luckily I didn't […] have anything important going on, I only wanted the wake up call so I could get to breakfast in time. "Good Price for the area"
Good Price for the area, but it is a little run down. Don't recommend the smoking rooms, we had to stay a extra night and the only room they had was smoking and we don't smoke. With the Hotels.com coupon, it was in our budget.

"Great room for the money"
Surprised of the wonderful breakfast, which includes cereal, milk, OJ, coffee, tea, waffle & toast. A bargain price with such a breakfast is really a value.

We had a non-smoking reservation and they gave us a smoking room in a very bad condition.
