"Quality Inn Winchester VA-low budget, low quality"
The carpet in our room was stained and old and grungy. We suspect it is because we had a dog. There was no refrigerator, and the room was uncomfortably hot, even with the air conditioner turned as high as possible. The wireless internet did not work for at least 16 hours.

Hotel is conveniently located just off I-81,but somewhat run-down and the rooms were not well cleaned or maintained and smelled musty. I won't stay here again.

needs elevator . surrounding area has little room for walks . but the MAIN POINTS for the room ; i am miserable about clean motels rooms & this room , 153 wuz KLEAN !! EASY to find off main hi-way . even GARMIN nuvie kood find it easily . we arrived at shift change and wuz still SMOOTH check in . nice breakfast . made a LONG TRIP easier to take . "OK"
It was to be non-smoking but was smelling of smoke. The door was a pain to open. Almost stuck shut. But, the staff were great. Had all the amenities we needed and was clean. Overall a good experience.

Hotel was nice. Good value. But there were people just hanging around outside. Could have been guests but seemed to me more like cruising prostitutes (male and females).

"Unsatisfactory Customer Service"
This was our second stay at this hotel to visit SU. Very satisfied with our first stay. I spoke with a hotel rep and explained that I would be having spine surgery a few days before our visit and requested a 4:30 p.m. check out to return to the hotel and rest before our 4 hr drive to home. The rep confirmed they could provide the late check out and […] I booked the room. When we arrived to check-in I again confirmed the 4:30 p.m. check out time with the same rep. The next day my husband dropped me back at the hotel about 2:20. I immediately received a call from the front desk that we should have been out of the room by 2:00 or they would charge another night. I explained the 4:30 arrangements and that I was not able to lift anything to move it from the room and was told that they would send someone to remove everything from the room for me. Fortunately I was able to call for my husband from the balcony before he returned to SU and they evicted me from the room. I spent the next two hours painfully uncomfortable in a cold car. I would not have made the trip if the hotel rep had not confirmed the late check out time before I booked the room. Regarding the rep who called me in the room who refused to confirm my 4:30 check out and insisted I leave immediately, on a scale of 1 to 10 I rate your customer service at -10. Przeczytaj więcej

Very good value, comfortable rooms, full service breakfast included. Arrived late on a Friday night and a live band was playing in the lounge, LOUD, that was the only negative.
