"No what I expected"
Didn't realize that the Inn was actually a motel where you drive up to your door. the pool is located in a separate hotel and you have to walk across a parking lot. The doors are not sealed to the outside so when someone walks by hear them. The staff were very friendly and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very small and the paint is coming off […] the wall. This is a good hotel; everything was pretty much average, from the check-in welcome to the small details (shampoo and conditioner but no lotion; total of two full-sized towels; no extra blankets). Location was very good and convenient, very clean, and we had no complaints, but it was nothing special.

Our stay at Quality Inn was very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, the bed very comfortable and we were very satisfied with the Breakfast. No negative feedback to report.

"Clean and functional - except the crib"
In general this was a great room. Everything worked and was clean, though some fixtures were old with visible wear (i.e. doors, mirror trim, etc.). The two downsides were that the "indoor" pool was in a separate hotel and that the crib supplied for our 1 year old was very dirty. In fact, it smelled like someone had left their dog in it before we got […] it. However, when we told the front desk, they sent another crib right away, and it was cleaner. There were only two sets of towels for four people. The front desk person was not pleasant.
The rooms and bathrooms need updating. There were ants all over the tub. The tub was very dirty. Nothing really felt clean.

The hotel could use some updating. Rough characters loitering about the hotel at night.
The only thing I had a problem with was the tub floor looked black so I did'nt use the shower. The breakfast was wonderful!
Nite shift staff good to work with -dayshift staff unfriendly. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping didn't leave clean towels-had to go ask front desk for towels. No remote for tv in room. Ask front desk for one, but never received one during our stay.

"OK for the price"
I was surprised (hadn't done good research, I guess) that these rooms had doors to the outside, no inner corridor. Given the price, it was just OK; nothing to complain about but nothing to impress me. You should know that the pool and fitness center were on an adjoining property. Staff was very friendly. This hotel is rated a 3 star, the tub was stained and worn and not spa sized it was barely trailer park sized. The comforter was stained on one bed and the LOUD heater ran for 2 minutes then off and on ALL NIGHT LONG. I Jumped out of bed twice because of the other people at the hotel ranning and yelling and it sounded like bowling outside the door. […] This is really more of a motel then a hotel and has one heck of a nerve calling themselves 3 star. I didn't go to breakfast because I was woken by housekeeping at 9am and that was the last straw that I left on. Only to find a piled of vomit next to my car. So the place is unkept the clients are loud and rowdy and if that is what you are looking for you found the right place.
