"very close to the airport and rental car locations"
very clean hotel room...very close to airport...with a decent check out time (11am).
"Great hotel for the money"
Overall, everything was nice. Our A/C was very loud and made a rumbling sound every time it turned off. Walls were a bit thin but the noise was minimal. Very nice staff and comfy beds.
"Nice Place"
Nice place to stay but a bit far from the beaches. We were close to City Place which has several shops, restaurants, and bars. Clean rooms and good service. Only complaint was about hotel restaurant. Had breakfast first morning we were there and it came out a bit cold.

We had a great time during our stay! Best breakfast bar ever, staff was awesome & very friendly. However, I would check with the taxi service "Franks" as he never answered our calls. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

"Handy to the Airport"
This was a great overnighter but I wouldn't recommend for a much longer stay - you are surrounded by freeways, airport, overpasses, etc. One would have to drive to get to restaurants, shopping, beaches in fact anywhere. "Typical Holiday Inn"
Friendly and efficient staff with rooms reasonably clean. What was amazing was the fact that though we were very close to both the international airport and a spaghetti junction freeway it ws extremely quiet in the room - no outside noise at all. I enjoyed my stay here. The people were very helpful. My room was always cleaned very well. My only complaint is that my matress wasn't very comfortable, but everyone else I was with, liked theirs. And it can use some updating. Convenient location. I would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay this hotel. It was clean, the staff was helpful, the bartender was very sweet and friendly, and the waitress at the cafe was so nice; she told us of many places to visit, etc. Location was good-close to 95, which was convenient. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

"New Bed Linen on My Desk? Unheard of!!!!!"
I was very disappointed when the maid left clean linens in my room (on the desk). Maybe she left it there for me to change my bed linens. I have never seen anything like this before, so I was quite annoyed. Scottie (the Front Desk Manager) was very professional, kind and helpful. He really sold the hotel in a professional manner. Excellent stay! The grandsons said the sofa bed was the most comfortable one they had ever slept on.
Room was very clean. Staff helpful. Close to PBI and city place . Price was right. Will definitely stay here if I need to return to West Palm Beach.

"Combat Zone!"
This hotel didn't feel safe. Located on the bad side of the tracks. We felt lucky to make it through 2 nights.

I needed a hotel near PBI and booked the Holiday Inn. Hotel staff was very nice. I had a great dinner at Polly's (the restaurant on site). The rooms were not do good. The room itself looked very tidy but didn't smell very good (smelled like it had been a Smoking room for decades). Curtains on the windows were completely sheer and see-through. I didn't […] feel comfortable dressing in the room and was very concerned that someone could see that I was alone in the room. When I got into bed, there were cigarette burns on the comforter. Within 5 minutes of laying down I felt something bite my torso. I was terrified that there were bed bugs in the room. Because of this, I only got two hours of sleep. Sure enough, I woke up with several bite marks. I left the hotel 2 hours earlier than I planned, figuring that the airport wouldn't be nearly as gross as this place. Would not recommend. "Very impressed"
After thorough research for a hotel on a business trip I ran across Holiday Inn, for the price i was a little skeptical but the minute i pulled into the parking lot and entered the bldg, i was impressed. Not a bad choice for a quick overnight stay. Definitely will revisit if i have another business venture within that area.

IT's a nice hotel, sitting practically on top of I-95 next to the West Palm Beach Airport. The pool was small, but OK. The Business center had 2 free computer terminals with printers to print out our boarding passes. the 9.95 buffet breakfast was a good deal.

"Internet Connection"
Everything at this hotel is okay by me with one exception. The internet connection is horrible. The speed is not good and needs to be corrected. Other than that I am always satisfied.
"nice hotel"
hotel was clean and the service was good. i had a room on the 10th floor. room was clean and comfortable. there is a door of some kind however that kept slamming out in the hall that was annoying. but all in all it was a nice one night stay.

"Satified and comfortable"
My two days was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. The people were very helpful, curtious and understanding. I would stay again.

The location, close to the airport, was a definate benefit. The staff is pleasant and accomodating. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a definate plus. However, one of our two rooms had 2 roaches in the bathroom.
