This hotel has accused me of stealing a coffee maker. The only way I found out about this erroneous charge was a $40 charge they made to my credit card that I used for "incidentals". There was a coffee maker in the room - and it was there when I left. What would I need with a cheap coffeemaker??? Unacceptable. I had stayed in a Marriott about 5 minutes away. This hotel had much better beds and pillows. I did not have hot water, but when I informed the desk, they could not fix it but moved me to a different room with plenty of hot water.

There are many hotels near the intersection of Dillon and McCaslin, so you have many choices in the neighborhood. This hotel was very nice, the internet was easy to use, and the breakfast included a waffle maker. Overall, I think this might be the best of the group in Louisville.

QI is a nice little hotel tucked away behind stores and restaurants...staff in evenings has always been terrific (ask for Emily!) and rooms are always clean, quiet and very affordable! Close to major thoroughfares, stores and restaurants...definitely a great deal!

Parking was great, service was very good, room was clean, good supply of towels. The bed & pillows were comfy enough but the blanket was too little for the bed & the comforter way too heavy so we spent the nights either tugging the covers or throwing them off as the heater cycled off & on. The bathroom arrangement didn't work for us as there were no […] hooks near the sink for our toiletry hang-up kits - wouldn't have been a big deal except we were there for a week. Also, no elevator. The young lady, Emily (I believe), who works during the week in the evening is very friendly and helpful and makes checking in a pleasant process. Hotel is clean, quiet, conveniently located and offers the best price from the many surrounding options, including a decent continental breakfast.

We stayed here to attend a birthday party on Pearl Street in Boulder. Although it's about a 10 minute drive into town, we felt it was worth it since we paid a very reasonable rate for a king room. The room was clean and quiet, which was what mattered to us. One thing we noticed was that there wasn't an elevator but since we only had overnight bags, […] it's wasn't a hindrance. I needed a quick place to stay and chose this place for its convenient location. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was a microwave (which I used) and a huge fridge as well as a nice size flatscreen TV. I would make sure they fix the hot water heater before staying here. Also the doors between rooms is so cheap it's like you are staying with whoever is next door.

The location is good--it's close to shopping, but a little far away from Boulder. Quiet, clean, safe, cheap.

While this hotel is convenient to Boulder, clean and close to many amenities, they neglect to inform guests that there is no elevator requiring guests to climb stairs with luggage in tow to reach second floor rooms. In addition, non-smoking rooms have a strong lingering odor of smoke that is most unpleasant for us non-smokers. During my 4 night stay […] the hotel experienced a power outage lasting almost 3 hours. The hotel had no back-up generators or emergency lighting in place leaving the hotel in the dark and very hot. The location is convenient to US 36, but not congested. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, you can walk to restaurants and a movie theatre. You even have free wifi. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel was "OK". The room smelled a bit and the smell would not go away. Almost like cigarettes but the whole hotel is non smoking so I'm not sure what was up with that. The "hot" breakfast they had was almost always out of stock and when it got refilled it was only sausage patties that were half hot and half cold. Good, clean hotel with a great and convenient breakfast - I just wish the pillows and mattress were cushier.

Excellent for the money, paid 75 through online booking. Location is well located around good dining and a movie theatre. Try DD's pizza around the corner. Not much going out if you not planning to hit up Boulder. Other than that comfortable bed and nice quiet hotel in decent shape

Very close to everything, yet, spacious surrounding area for your pets! Very friendly and clean!!

This Quality Inn was the best. It appeared to be new. Service was fantastic. We were visiting CU-Boulder. Because this was such a nice facility, we didn't mind the short drive from Boulder.

Clean, comfortable. Pleasant staff. Satisfactory breakfast. They were able to change our room to the ground floor for my husband who has trouble with stairs. Easy access to Hwy 36. My only complaint was that I couldn't get a receipt because I booked online.

While the hotel was much as I expected when we arrived, the broken smoke detector in our room that went off unexpectedly at 6AM, jarring us awake from a deep sleep, and again a little later while in the shower, were unacceptable. Not being able to brew the coffee and dry my hair at the same time because of a faulty outlet was also disconcerting. This is actually the second time we have stayed here and both times we could hear the conversations of the people in the next room as though they were standing in our room. The first time was New Year's Eve so we figured that it was a fluke and everyone was noisy and partying late into the night. Value on this hotel was excellent. The price was very good, and the hotel was clean and comfy. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants, a mall, and a theatre. The drive into Boulder was less than 10 minutes.

We stayed for two nights, two persons in a non-smoking king bed room. Mini fridge and microwave made it easy to prepare some snacks. There are a couple of restaurants in 5 minute driving distance. The room had a unique smell, but did not bother too much. Breakfast was good. Was an hour away from the west rocky mountains.

Nothing fancy, but you get everything you need or want for the money. I have stayed here before and always leave feeling that it a good value.

We have stayed here twice while setting up our son at CU in Boulder. It's very affordable and a quick 10 minute drive from campus. Considering what we are paying in tuition, this hotel is a great bargain. However, the Internet service could be improved; you get bumped off after 15 minutes or so, it seems.

Stayed at the hotel with a last minute booking. Real nice place and the night clerk was great.

I haven't stayed in an economy hotel this awesome for several years! It was in a tree-filled business neighborhood with stores, restaurants, and a movie theater just across the parking lot. The front desk attendants were always friendly and helpful. We dealt mainly with Andrea who was a pleasure, very professional and courteous. Our rooms were clean […] and spacious, the beds were comfy, and they had nice large-screen tvs. We opted for the in-room whirlpool tub for just a little extra and it was totally worth it - it's not in the bathroom but in its own little tiled area in the bedroom, so we were able to lounge and watch tv at the same time. They serve a free continental breakfast in the morning with fresh waffles, pastries, bagels, and cereal as well as healthier options like fruit, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. The hotel was clean and VERY quiet, not terribly easy to find (discretely hidden in some trees with nothing but an "enter" sign by the road) but convenient to Boulder and also a nice, easy walk to Whole Foods and two coffee/tea shops. (It's also very close to Home Depot and Lowe's should you feel like remodeling your room!) ;-) We had a microwave (which […] we never used), a little refrigerator and a room safe... but the little refrigerator kept our food and water coolish at best, and the safe had been closed by the previous guest so we were unable to unlock and use it, and the desk clerk had no idea how to deal with it. So we carried our valuables with us and locked them in our glove compartment. This hotel has instructions to put any towels you want laundered and replaced in the bathtub, otherwise they will leave them alone so you can reuse them. We hung our towels up for re-use, but they were replaced. We talked to our maid (who didn't seem to know the drill with the towels), and that didn't happen again after the first morning. Our room was comfortable (we were able to open our window, run a fan, or run the a/c, but the hallway was always hot enough to grow bananas in! Our room was on the second floor and there's no elevator, which was not a problem for us but if it will be for you then by all means request a ground floor. Overall, this hotel is a reasonable value and very convenient to Boulder, and one of the quietest motels I've ever stayed in. We stayed here to visit Colorado U for our daughter. We found it clean, comfortable and reasonable. No complaints here.
