Room needs a makeover. Shower was surprisingly pleasant. Good, but not impressive.

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. When I first went to check in, I was worried when I saw the rooms with doors facing outside (they don't show that on the ads). We did have an indoor room, but the noise level from the pool was terrible. We stayed there with our children and the pool was open until 11pm on both nights we stayed. The noise echoed […] from the pool and we heard EVERYTHING that was going on at the pool (yelling screaming, even talking). I would not recommend this hotel if you (or those that are staying in your room) plan on going to sleep before 11pm. The rooms were also really small. For the price, I expected something a little bigger...and perhaps a little updated (I bet this place hasn't been updated since the mid 80's). The photos are completely misleading, it is an absolute pit and I would not recommend it to anyone at any point in time. As you pull up, you are actually in a run down ghetto area. The outdoor stairwell to the room is coated in urine and empty beer bottles and the aroma is overwhelming. The outdoor carpet that lines the floor to the room is filthy and […] tattered. The doors to the rooms have a gap underneath that allows for bugs and things to crawl in. The rooms themselves are cracked, plastered and in need of paint. The ceiling in my bathroom was falling down and the toilet was leaking a puddle on to the floor. There was an old used bandaid behind the toilet on the floor and the carpet and tile areas were not in appearance of being cleaned. My 13 year old daughter asked if this is where prostitues go to work. If we had not just driven for 20 hours and not all been sick with colds I would have taken us all to another hotel. We all slept with our clothes on, and left without trying the pool or the free breakfast for fear that it was anything like the rooms. On the plus side their appeared to be no bed bugs and the mattress was comfortable, but every thing else about the room repulsed me to my very core. I would never stay there again. Przeczytaj więcej

My door nob was broken and most of the time my key didn't work because of it. It's cold out, so it was really inconvenient. Maybe it was a recent accident that the hotel was unaware of? It was clean and near everything...It just wasn't kept up very well...If you are looking for a place to keep your stuff so you can have a night out its fine...if your […] your going to be there besides just sleeping..not recommended. The beds were also on the stiff side. Some people may prefer that and you can't please everyone, but if you don't like stiff beds maybe not the best choice. My stay at Quality Inn in Louisville was short but very pleasant. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and amenities exceeded expectations. The reception was quick and efficient, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. I'd stay there again.

We arrived and was given room 103, when we tried to unlock the door, it opened but was stopped from opening fully by the inside metal door guard. The TV was on and obviously an employee was taking a break inside our room. When we returned to the front desk they gave us another room farther down that side and as we were going into the room, the owner […] or manager confronts us and asks if we were sure it was room 103 that was occupied.....our card opened the door and it was obvious that someone was in our reserved room! But the gentleman acted like we were out of our minds and must have gotten the room numbers mixed up! The heater in our room worked...but worked too well.....it had no thermostat on the 'auto' setting so it stayed blasting hot air all night! We either froze or sweated the entire night! the only redeemable quality was the hot breakfast the next morning. Hotel is an old Holiday Inn with the large enclosed courtyard and rooms arranged around it with outdoor access. All carpeting and other appointments are old, decrepit and filthy. Room outfitting was minimal although adequate. Place is a little creepy. Rates were very good

The noise from traffic was awful! And the noise from other rooms was almost as bad! Getting a good night's sleep here is almost impossible...

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location provides easy access to Sullivan University, Bardstown Rd and Oxmoor and St Matthews malls. Not what I would choose for a long stay, but for one or two nights, it is a bargain.

We checked in late but the desk person was helpful as was the attendant for the breakfast. The room had decent updates and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet in the room considering it is on a busy corner.

Rooms need to be painted and exterminated. I would not recommend.

Our AC was not working. When I called the front desk they where extremely rude to me and did NOTHING to fix the problem. I would never stay at this hotel every again!

I recently stayed at this Hotel with my girl scout troop. I booked 3 rooms and each room had very gross bathroom floors! Nothing worse then a dirty bathroom. The service was a little slow when we got there. The worse part was the hallway was lit up all night long, which for safety was a good thing, but when you don't provide black out curtains it also […] makes the room lit up all night long. I MUST SAY, OUT OF ALL THE HOTELS I HAVE STAYED AT IN THE LAST YEAR---I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE --UNLESS THE PRICE WAS MUCH LOWER!!

ROOMS WERE SMALL AND DATED BUT I WAS OK WITH THAT BECAUSE OF PRICE BUT WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT HOW DIRTY THE ROOM WAS. ADEQUATE AT BEST

After two sets of keys would not make the room door operable, the desk clerk provided the wrong door key and after scensing my sheer frustration after a 500 mile drive provided us with an up grade to a suite from a non-smoking king room. of course the key to that room only revealed that that door latch was also in a state of disrepair and required a […] maintenance cal the next morning that would inconvenience our stay that much more. The following day I found out that all the cleaning staff goes home before 2PM and I couldn't get the room cleaned. My family of 5 was pleasantly surprised to be given a suite with 2 bathrooms, a refrigerator and microwave for a reasonable price. The room was older, clean and nicely decorated. There were 2 large tv's and I loved the convenience of keeping drinks cold and not waiting to use a bathroom in the morning. Ha, ha

The motel is right on the corner of a very large busy street, if you have a room on the street as we did you can hear traffic noise. We had to change rooms, the first room, the sink was clogged when we walked in .looked like someone had shaved or washed up in it. Carpets were old and stained. This hotel was OK. We just stayed in it overnight as we were travelling. The room was is good condition and recently remodelled, however the exterior was rough. Also, we could here anything that was going on outside our room. Wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period of time, but it's a good place to crash for the night given the price.

For the money I spent on the room I didn't expect much. The hotel met my needs with breakfast included, and my room was clean. The indoor pool water was very cold, even too cold for my son. I somewhat questioned the neighborhood, but it was fine.
