"Very Happy with my stay here"
I liked that we were close to everything and could walk to where we needed to go. The hotel was very clean and service was great. We like that the hotel had a bar in it also. I will definetly stay there again.

"Crown Plaza in Clumbus, OH near Arena"
This was a very average hotel. Thought I was getting a great hotel for a great price, but got an OK hotel for a little bit high price. Would not make the effort to go here a second time and would not recommend to anyone.

Had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and personable. Drinks in the lounge were delicious. The only issue we had was that we could not figure out how to use the thermometer to control the temp in the room. Overall, great hotel. Will def stay again.

EASY INDOOR ACCESS TO CONVENTION CENTER POOL WAS SMALL OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS FINE CCW LIC. HOLDERS THE SIGN SAID THEY WERE A WEAPONS FREE HOTEL (SO MUCH F0R THE 2ND. AMENDMENT) JUST SO YOU KNOW!! NOBODY TOLD ME THEY ALSO HAD A FREE SHUTTLE TO SURROUNDING AREAS NICE

Excellent hotel. Loved the Experience. Very Clean and nice. Only disappointment was the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor for ice. Front desk staff Missy and Jonathan were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. Would definately stay here again. The bed was so unbelievable comfortable.

"great customer service"
The customer service was fast and professional
I was checked into a room where the bathroom had not been cleaned. The management was very apologetic and changed the room. The hotel is well located and convenient and a good bargain for the price although not as upscale as some other Crowne Plaza. The front desk personnel are very helpful and kowledgeable. "great location to Arena District"
This was a great location to the Arena District - just 2 blocks away on very well lit streets (we were in town to catch a Blue Jackets game). Hotel was great!! Super comfy bed, very spacious room, and staff was very polite.

Aside from a convenient location with easy access to the convention center and nightlife of the Short North, the staff at this hotel was very nice and very receptive to our needs. Then Internet service is normally $9.95 per day, but was given to us complimentary just by my inquiry. I thought that was very nice.

The hotel was very nice. Large bar area in the lobby, close to everything downtown. The room left a little to be desired. The furniture and decorations looked like they were picked out of a garage sale; hardly anything matched. The toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushed. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had tons of space.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. My only complaint is that there was no Crown Plaza signage outside the hotel which made it difficult to spot in the dark. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We specifically stayed there because we brought 3 kids and wanted an indoor pool and the pool was closed..... That was inconvenient and the kids were bummed... Rooms also seemed a little crowded.

I stayed there for a week while doing business in Columbus and had great customer service; the hotel is in a great location and is very comfortable. Within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, which was great that we didn't have to deal with the valet and parking. Unfortunately I have to post a bad review of this hotel. It is in a good location and on first glance I thought that I would really enjoy my stay (this was my 24th trip this year.) Then the bathtub started filling with water when I showered; when it drained hair - not mine - was left in the residue. I was disgusted. "Time for an upgrade"
This was a disappointing stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Downtown. My bathroom was disgusting, especially the shower. The grout was moldy and there was hair in the shower. The towels were old and frayed, with long threads hanging off of them. The room appeared clean, but it gave me cause to wonder after looking at the bathroom. Unfortunately, these things […] cannot necessarily be caught until the next day when you are getting up and need to leave. The hotel staff offered free parking to compensate for this. As a business traveler, I will make sure to use the other hotels in the area instead. As an older hotel, the management needs to consider many building upgrades to compete at this price range. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel. Coffee maker was broken...free coffee down in the lobby! and my valet parking was comp-ed without my asking for it...they mean to please and they do. The bed was devine.

When I looked online to view the aminities for the hotel, the website indicated a refridgerator and microwave was in the room, they were not. When I called down to ask where they were I was treated very rudely by Aaron the front desk clerk and basically made me feel like I was lying about having seen that on the website. I pulled it up on my laptop […] and had the hotel manager come to the room to verify that indeed it was listed that way on their own website. He then provided us with the refigerator and microwave. The hotel was very nice but our bathroom sink was clogged would not drain. When we checked out the next morning the clerk told us we not be charged for valet parking for our inconvince when we told them about the sink .But when we returned home on our bill was the 25 $ fee for parking.So this was kinda of upsetting.But all in all it was a nice Hotel […] just wish they would do what they say . My friend and I stayed here for Pride weekend. The hotel was excellent--the only negative were the extremely slow elevators. I chose to park my car in the parking garage and it was 24 bucks for the weekend, not bad compared to other parking options..Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient location to restaurants and entertainment. Parking is a hassle though. Not enough elevators and always had to wait for one, longer if there was a line.
