Staff friendly ,Room very big and clean.Would stay again

Our room seemed to be over a chinese restaurant and the smell was very strong in the hallway but not to bad in the room,

The staff was prompt and friendly. The room suite was excellent as usual, but would rather have had a flatscreen in the bedroom area as well as the living area. Curious when the renovations are going to finally be complete, as I have stayed there for the past two years now and seen only minor progress.

The staff were very friendly and let us check in early and check out late! The room was little smaller than I expected for a suite, but nicely finished and comfortable. The hotel is still under major renovation, but you could only tell by the marked off areas, no noise at all. The neighborhood is also under construction, so it is awkward getting around […] to park. We were very pleased with the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. Our room was more than we had expected and was very clean. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations and it is all very beautiful. The pool and hot tub were actually open and too, were well maintained. Our daughter loved this aspect of the hotel. The hotel is located down in Gang central and the parking is far from the entrance up 5 flights of stairs to the parking lot. The front desk people when i checked in were very unpleasant. They did inform me the pool and whirlpool were on the 3rd floor but when went to use the whirlpool it was empty! I ordered food to the room and the guy who delivered […] it was very rude person. No smile at all jsut very unfriendly. There is nothing near the hotel and there is a big warnign you see after you are in yoru hotel room not to go anywhere at night as it's gang central and there was gangs all over out my windwo. My room was in a safer area of the hotel once up the elevator i had to use my key to enter the hallway to get to my room so i was safe in hotels.. The hotel, despite the renovation in progress was very nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful and prompt to serve. The king tower room I reserved was very large with a full sectional couch. My only complaint was that there was no fridge, and the tub was very shallow. The king bed was very comfortable. The front desk checked with me a couple […] hours after I checked in, to see if everything was to my liking, and to see if I needed anything, very impressed that they cared. Great restaurants were within short walking distance, and a Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient. The neighborhood is mostly under construction, but I would definately stay there again. The area sucks it's dirty and the surrounding building are mostly closed and boarded up. The Hotel is under construction and they tried to give us an old room. It was brutal straight out of the 70's with stains on the carpet and rips in the comforter. We complained and at first they would not up grad us. We said the room does not look like the pics […] online and that's why we chose to stay there. they still wouldn't upgrade us until we went down to the lobby with all of our luggage.In the end they gave us a room that looked like the one in the picture on hotels.ca Przeczytaj więcej

Het hotel ligt in een grauwe, ongure buurt, industriegebied. Als je uit de Rocky mountains komt is een grotere afknapper niet denkbaar. Snel overslaan.

Het hotel was aan verbouwingen bezig. De onthaalruimte was zo goed als klaar. Maar de toegewezen kamer was oud, rook niet fris. De gordijn was gescheurd, de deuren en tapijt vies. De badkamer oud. Ik veronderstel dat ook deze kamers zullen vernieuwd worden. Het was beter deze kamer niet meer te verhuren;
