The only thing negative is that it advertises pay for view movies and when I ask them about it, they said they no longer have that. I was disappointed about it because that was one of the reasons I picked that particular hotel.

The breakfasts got boring after 5 days. The exercise room was very warm and there was no TV in there and it should have a stationary bike. It was nice to have a patio but I wish there had been some way to lock that door from the outside so we could park our car there. This is an OLD hotel - motel style! West Boca built up around it, and now it sits in the middle of a parking lot. View from our balcony? Marshalls and HomeGoods. The location is very good, but i really don't understand why you didn't change thecarpets that are very dusty, and the curtains, and the inconvenients of the stairs to get to the room, also the front door doesn't open automatically. I realky can't beleive that in this ages thre was less confort , specially in USA.

I made and paid for th reservation about 1 month in advance, when we get there for the check in they gave me two rooms on the second floor with NO ELEVATOR, what I think it's very desapointed when four seniors with a lot of lugage, with reservation month ahed and get this kind of service.

The front desk people were nice and friendly. The room housekeeping had a lot to be desired, The carpet was not vacuumed very good and need to be cleaned, The drapes on the window did not close all the way let light in. We were on the first floor and and at 6:30 am you could smell the bacon cooking.

after reading a few customer comments, I was leary of stayig there but I found the hotel in very good condition and was very close to places we wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and eating area was clean.

on the 3nd day Friday of my stay the fire alarm kept going off which they had informed my wife would happen due to testing. The the 4th day Saturday afternoon while i was napping it went off again which I questioned and was told they had call us earlier to inform us of the alarm. Since I did hot get the call was unawhere it would occur. Then on our […] final day Monday while packing did get another call about the fire alarm since I was in the room I knew if would be occurring. When they are testing the alarm they have duty to notify all residents and should have posted notices of the alarm being planned and after work completed notices that the alarms have been repairsed. This was horrible. I almost checked out before I ever checked in but thought it would be more of a hassle to get credit. People were actually living in the hotel for long term. I have seen these types of places before and they usually have shady people in them. Searched halls for elevator till finally front desk person say me and advised there wasn't […] a elevator. Old, red carpet, old doors. Walking to my room reminded me one of those horror movies, passing by each those old red doors. Smell of humidity and old things. its ok not to upscale. IT's clean and has basic amenities. pool, and buffet breakfast are a plus. My room had a king size bed, desk and couch. Good enough.

After a long day travelling, it was great to have a good nights sleep and then in the morning we both had a hearty breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a stop over travelling to and from your holiday destination.

Our condo was first available Sunday but we wanted to have the weekend near our son who lives 5 miles from the hotel. Your hotel was ideal; comfortable bed, very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The sign was not easily seen coming up the busy street. But once we knew how to get to it, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We've stayed here before, and there were no surprises. The accommodations are perfectly adequate, but by no means luxurious. At an Express you get chafing dish omelets and a self-service pancake maker for breakfast, not a menu with Eggs Benedict . It's a fine place to sleep, not a destination.

Part of this hotel is older and does not have an elevator. We could not get the king room we reserved unless we took one that required using the stairs. But we had too much luggage so we took a smaller double on the first floor. It was a handicapped equipped room but I don't see how anyone with a handicap could be comfortable in the tight space that […] remained since the two double beds took up much of the floor space. There was hardly space to sit in a chair let alone to move a wheelchair. No waste bin in the room either... Maybe no room for one! It seems as if they converted a Motel 6 into a sorry Holiday Inn Express, it was built in the 80's and the walls and water damage shows it. The free breakfast was a joke, the eggs were runny, the biscuits and "gravy" was out of a can and the bacon was burnt and cold.
