"Hot tub broken but otherwise good"
We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was nice and clean and well kept up. However, the hot tub was broken and the sink in our room had a loose faucet. The one thing I would recommend is that the room needs a fridge.

"Aminities Lacking"
While the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a little on the small and crowded side. There were some notable missing extras in my opinion. First of all, in the room there was no small refridgerator. If you are going to offer a resturant and room service, why wouldn't you have a refridgerator in the room? Also, there was no continental […] breakfast available, c'mon, really? Even the Super 8 serves that. Lastly, when I was checking in, the front desk person failed to mention to me that they would be charging my credit card $50.00 up front, then crediting it back to me after I checked out. I should have been told that was going to happen, rather than seeing this extra charge on my bank statement. Over all the hotel was nice, clean, and quiet, but it's the things that I mentioned already that might stop me from booking here again, especially when they are charging a lot less at other hotels and include the things I thought were missing from this hotel. "Excellent accomodations at the Crowne Plaza"
Hotel staff in the lobby, restaurant, and bar were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was tasty and very reasonably priced. Hotel bar is warm and friendly and serves food until 11pm. "Nice Hotel!"
I was very pleased with our stay, the hotel seems new and modern, I love the decor! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was a bit firm, which my husband prefers, but it was a little too firm for my taste. The staff was very friendly, and the location is convenient.
There was a lot of road construction in the area around the hotel which made it difficult to get to, which isn't the hotels fault. The staff was nice. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a little to soft for my taste, but my husband thought they were comfortable.

Surprisingly nice for an airport hotel. I would stay there again if I ever return to Milwaukee

We only stayed one night on our way to other destinations. Despite road construction, it was still easy to navigate the area. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. Nice lobby and bar. Clean and comfortable.

Good hotel but had problems with the internet and staff couldn't come to my aid. Other then that, good deal.
"Great facility, minor road construction hassle"
Clean, comfortable, quiet, modern and well maintained. Staff was very accomodating. The only drawback is the highway and access road construction in the area (no fault of the hotel). Some highway ramps are temporarily closed, so allow a little extra time for GPS confusion. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

While older looking from the outside, this hotel was extremely modern. Room was very clean and up-to-date. Lounge bar had a very good atmosphere with great food served. I will return.

The hotel and room were quite nice and comfortable. The hotel was in a convenient area and it was easy enough to get to downtown Milwaukee and to find places to eat near to the airport. The few downsides to the hotel and room were that road work is currently going on in front of the hotel making it a little difficult to get in (though with luck this […] won't last much longer), a few guests were noisy and we could plainly hear other conversations (though we did happened to get a room that has a joint door with another room.... and those never seem to be as sound proof as other rooms), and finally the wifi access was just plain pitiful. Though the hotel had multiple access log on's only one worked for us and that was only if you were in the lobby area.... this was quite disappointing considering our room was only 3 doors down from the lobby area. I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is they are doing construction on the road the hotel is on and it was a little inconvenient. I would absolutely stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly helpful. The only issue we had was that they never took the breakfast check off menu from our door. My stay at this hotel would have been perfect had I rented a car. It was cofortable, clean and the staff were helpful and lovely. I chose to stay here instead of in town because the rates were so much higher iin town. Taxi ride each way cost $35. Still I managed and slept like baby!

Stayed at the Crowne after arriving in Milwaukee from our flight. Very comfortable and clean room with great amenities. Had buffet breakfast the next morning and that was also very good. Shuttle to and from airport was also convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was outstanding, room and food. I came to the Milwaukee area on a motorcycle, and wasn't very pleased with the fact there was so much construction, had to ride my motocycle over large stones and soft dirt to get to the hotel parking lot.

We had a very good stay. We felt that the staff was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond what we would have expected. We asked for information a couple of times and got very good feedback. We had to use maintenance once and the maintenance man was very quick to take care of us and made sure we were ok before he left us.

"Great Hotel"
Took the granddaughters, 8 & 10, for a special weekend. The room was so nice and had a balcony. Beds very comfortable. I prefer feather pillows, but their polyfill pillows were not too bad. Bathroom clean and shiny. Restaurant has reasonable prices, and a nice variety on the menu. Pool and hot-tub were great and helped wear out the kids. "Crown Plaza MKE airport."
This hotel was very nice. Quiet and clean. Being near the airport I was concerned that it would be noisy, but I think I only heard one airplane. The pool was larger than expected. Hot tub was nice. The treadmill was not the nicest.
"Join the party and don't plan on sleepiing"
They were hosting a Halloween party and the music was so loud even 5 floors away from the party that our windows rattled almost to 3am. Then followed by drunken teenagers yelling and screaming and running down the hallways - I will never stay here again.

"Nice & Quiet"
I needed to get a good night of rest before a race and was pleasantly suprised by how quiet the room was and how comfortable the beds were. I would definitely use this hotel again!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is why I chose this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with excellent ammenities. HOWEVER, the staff we found quite rude and unhelpful. I had forgotten my toothbrush and the hotel did not have any available. In addiiton, the business center is not a free service. I had to pay $3.95 to print out my […] boarding passes. Most hotels that I have stayed in, the business centers were free for guests to use. The hotel shuttle ONLY goes to and from the Airport. Would have been nice to have the shuttle run other places as well, for paying guests. "One of the better MKE Airport Hotels"
We stayed at the MKE Airport Crowne Plaza for a wedding, so it was just a place to crash for the evening, but the room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was especially nice. The bed also had great linens and pillows... much better quality than other hotels in this price range. And... the staff was pleasant enough. The TV remote was a little wonky.. […] you had to hold down the "On" button for longer than seemed normal, but I figured it out... eventually. I did find it odd that the nicely designed lobby bar was closed on the weekend, but the restaurant was open late enough. Was somewhat frustrated at the price seeing as we did not have a fridge in our room or recieve any type of breakfast or even a discount for that matter. The roads were terrible surrounding the hotel and under construction all over took us two hours to get to hotel from where we ate from all the roads and ramps closed. Close to MKE airport, very quiet on a Saturday night, very clean room and we both absolutely loved the bed. Nice bathroom with great shower, although I hate hotels that don't have exhaust fans in the bath. Overall a nice experience and for the price a place I'd stay at again.
