When checking in I found out that this hotel does not have sofa beds when I was told by hotels.com they do. The hotel personal made sure we had a executive suite so there was room for the three of us. This hotel was very clean and the food was good also the overall experience was excellent !

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and rooms. I had driven past the hotel for years and this past weekend was my first opportunity to stay at the hotel. I reserved a room for 4 people - 2 beds. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and were told they only had a room with one king and they would send an air mattress up. The air mattress arrived at 12:45 a.m. We left a wake up call for 7:30 the next morning and they never called so we overslept an hour. After being at Dayton orientation all afternoon we came back […] to our room at 4:40 and it had not been cleaned. After I voiced our displeasure at the horrible service they comped us breakfast. "A tiny mistake fixed, in a kind way."
I recently stayed in this hotel while I was in town seeing Bob Dylan in concert at the very near by Fraze pavillion. The staff was kind enough to order us a taxi to take us to the venue.(the taxi was also top shelf) We had a nice pizza from room services before hand. We had a large and also nice breakfast brought to our room. the next morning. When […] I went down to have my swim I came upon a large deaf woman who had gotten very light headed in the sauna and cut her weakened leg on the way out. A member of staff was trying to help her and I lended a mom's problem solving skills and together we got her taken care of. I went on to enjoy the swiming when I got to my room the staff had sent up cookies and a thank yo card for my help. (which was wonderful cause honestly I am never thanked for helping.) I packed the cookies for the ride home and we headed out. we went through the regular check out and got to the car and notcied thats not right. there was an error. (which happens and I am fine with) when I pointed it out the manager was genuinely mortified he corrected the error while apologizing in a most convincing manner and wrote off our breakfast since I had been so helpful in the sauna situation. I do more shopping than the average bear do to my line of work mistakes are made by the best of companies. How they fix them is what makes some companies simply better. "It's OK"
The hotel is clean ... the people are nice ... it's a decent location ... but I didn't love the rooms. The air/heating unit is an old type that blows on you all the time and is very loud. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well ... so all in all ... for a one night business trip ... it was fine.
Beds were uncomfortable, very noisy guests running the halls while we were trying to get our kids to sleep. Strong marijuana odor in the halls. Evasive front desk staff. Unfriendly front desk staff upon check-in. Extra charges for everything, not even a complimentary morning newspaper.

The decor was outdated, there was no microwave, the cup coffee maker was missing pieces, and internet was $12.99 for the day in the room or $5.95 for fifteen minutes in the business center. "convenient to U of DAyton"
We were attending orientation at the U of dayton. Location was great. we were able to walk to the University. We were able to return to our room a few times during the day.

"great hotel, 1 problem"
I stay at this hotel once a year for an international competition, the hotel is always sold out, and everything is usually great. This year, however, I had a problem with my room. 4 adults were staying in 1 room, which was noted on my reservation. When I checked in, they gave me a room with a king size bed. When I went back to the desk, they said they […] didn't guarantee the room would be to my request and they didn't have any more double rooms. After some time, they did get me a handicap accesible room that could fit 2 rollaways, but it was very inconvienient and cramped.
