Stay was pleasant. Room service was very fast and efficient

The hotel was very nice and clean and comfortable, but they make you pay for parking for each car even as a guest something I have never had to do before. They also charge for in room internet which is sad when even motel 8 gives that for free. The staff was a little snooty and I they made me feel like I was a lower class of person.

A one night stay was very enjoyable...friendly staff and comfortable room.

Check in clerk did not inform me of the Free Breakfast details that my package had included. Thus, I didn't use it. Found out about it later. I guess they call that 'profit' for them!

airport/local area shuttle, room service and on site restaurants were a plus. Nice, clean hotel.

This was our second stay at the hotel I think it gets better everytime we stay will definitely stay there again and again

I enjoyed my stay. The indoor pool was great. The room was clean.

Exactly what we've come to expect from Marriott--great room, great service, plus the most comfortable bed we had during our two weeks of travel. Dinner at Bentley's was exceptional, as well. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I was very pleased with everything from friendly valet to very surprised at the room for the price definitely gonna stay there again

well, besides them holding 150 dollars (when they only said they would hold 50) on my visa card, and it taking 11 days to post back to my account, paying $12.95 per day for internet use, $11.00 per day for self parking, and the cab driver which i could not understand that i was referd to by this hotel, my stay still sucked here. This hotel is conveniently located near airport and though I had an airport-view room, the noise from the wasn't at all distracting. Simply excellent!

I really liked the hotel and would recommend it if you're in the middle of a hallway and not at the end. My room was at the very end of the 9th floor, where apparently the cleaning staff like to gather and speak Spanish loudly. If you need a good Wi-Fi connection then you'll be pleased as I was getting a solid 13Mbps, however you'll have to pay $13/day […] to have it in your room and another $13/day to have it in areas outside of your room. You'll also have to pay $15/day +tip to valet park or $11/day to self park and then walk 150-200 yards from the parking lot to get to/from your car. Other than those extra charges that you quite often get for free at other higher end hotels and the long parking walk this is a pretty nice place though with very comfortable beds, modern media equipment and nice amenities in the lobby area. This was a very comfortable and classy hotel with excellent customer service. We checked in after 10pm and were able to get room service for dinner as it is available until midnight. Great hotel. Lots of amenities. The pool and workout area are amazing. No continental breakfast and you have to pay for internet use in the room and in the lobby computer area.

Overall, the hotel is nice but not outstanding. Check-in was rather busy, with only 2 associates available. The room was well kept and was as expected. Check-out was an ordeal. Once again, only two associates were available, and I was forced to wait behind another guest who was attempting to fax documents at the front desk (even though this hotel had […] an office area available to guests for precisely this purpose). The associate acknowledged that people were waiting but did not attempt to summon other associates for help or instruct the other guest that others were being unnecessarily detained. This hotel is both confortable and convenient. Only a couple of blocks from the Atlanta airport. It is ideal for both couples and families.

The folks were very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. We would stay there again. Probably won't eat at the restautrants but only because they are a bit pricey.

We picked this hotel as a nice stop over before our honeymoon. We needed to be by the airport since our flight left early the next day and wanted a hotel with a couple of restaurant options. We found out once we got there that one of them was closed and I am pretty sure they all use the same kitchen. The food wasn't that good and way over priced. Well first of all, I loved how easy it was to book this through Hotels.com. We stayed here after our flight had a 10 hour layover. The hotel was exactly what I thought a Marriott should be clean and comfortable. We utilized there free airport shuttle with minimal wait outside the airport. They even have an airport kiosk for boarding check-in. I even […] liked that we could get room service just before midnight. We had a long flight and were need of some good food. A little pricey but that is expected at a hotel. No local resturants within walking distance. Nothing within walking distance unless you want to go to another hotel. I was stoked to find they had a Starbucks yet saddened to find it only had coffee and hot brewed tea, I am a iced tea kinda gal. Minor issue and the reason they received a 4 oversall. We've stayed at the Atlanta Airport Marriott twice when our connecting flights are delayed due to weather conditions and absolutely recommend it! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the rate is good on Hotels.com, the airport shuttle is free and runs frequently, free WiFi in the lobby, and check in/out is fast. […] I'm a bit OCD about bathroom cleanliness but I feel comfortable in the rooms' bathrooms. They provide Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy products, which I love. And the best of all are the restaurant's angus beef burgers, which you can get at the bar as well! The only downside is that it's not walking distance to anything but other hotels. This hasn't affected us since we've had early flights but if you have time, you can ride the shuttle to the airport and connect to public transportation there (MARTA Station right off baggage claim). We had an early a.m. weekday flight & did not want to deal with GA 400 rush hour traffic so decided to stay in a nearby hotel. This hotel was just the ticket. We slept well in a nice clean room & were only minutes away from our parking area for the airport. What a great idea! We will definitely do this again.

Great Experience

The hotel is ideally located for next morning travel. All of the employees I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful, especially the belllmen. The rate was also excellent for the type of hotel. Wish I had more than one night. Parking was a little stressful. Will visit again.

I have been a Marriott rewards member for years. This hotel is an example of why we have been one for so long. Marriott delivered as expected, as usual. Close to the hotel, Atlanta Braves, downtown, etc.

The only problem i have is that they charge you to park but they do not tell you this up front. A lot of people travel by automobile on short trips and there should not be any hidden cost such as parking. If i was willing to stay at their hotel i certainly feel they should supply me with a parking space with out any extra cost. They should be happy […] with the current economic situation that people are willing to stay at their hotels and they should not add extra charges for this reason i am very disappointed in the Marriott Chain.
