The best part about this hotel is its staff. They absolutely make the experience worth coming back. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I have to mention the woman that works in the afternoon and therefore is usually the one that checks you in is a sweetheart and very helpful. I love this hotel! The staff was so accomendating. There were several families that stayed here after a basketball game so our teenagers could go skiing the next day. All of the kids were in the breakfast room playing cards and socializing.
