Good place if you plan to spend few days in Toronto and want to have most tourist attractions in walking distance. Motel offers complimentary wireles Internet and continental breakfast. There is a surcharge parking available in the building. Motel lobby is located on 3rd floor of the building, park your car first (on the lowest level of Chinese mall) and than take elevator to the lobby.

The streamlined Sheraton Centre Toronto is centrally located in Toronto, Canada, and is connected to PATH, a 16-mile underground shopping complex. In addition to 1,200 shops and services, PATH connects to 50 buildings, five subway stations, two department stores, six major hotels, the convention center and a railway terminal.

Bistro On Two - Casual bistro-style restaurant. Wide selection of appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, and pastas, along with entrees such as steak and baked halibut. A Table for One section caters to solo diners; every table has a laptop port. Breakfast and lunch served daily.
Steak - Old-fashioned steakhouse with dark wood walls and numerous private seating areas. Menu includes filet mignon brochette, pepper steak, prime rib, baby back ribs, rack of lamb, chicken, salmon, and other seasonal seafood items. Lunch and dinner served daily.
Link Café - Guests on the go can grab soups, salads, and sandwiches, along with Starbucks coffee and Great Canadian bagels at this café overlooking the hotel's waterfall garden. Open from early morning to mid-afternoon.
The hotel houses a fitness center (surcharge) with a wide selection of cardio and strength-training equipment. Lounge chairs and small tables line the tiled area surrounding the spa tub and heated indoor/outdoor pool, located in an atrium room with an 80-foot ceiling.
The Toronto Islands are a series of small islets off the coast of Lake Ontario, accessible by three ferry routes 1.5 km (1 mi) from the hotel. They provide numerous recreational options: bike and boat rentals; tennis and volleyball courts; softball diamonds; picnic areas; and an amusement park. The islands also offer swimming beaches and, for the adventurous, a clothing-optional beach on Hanlan's Point.

"close to everything and great staff"
The front desk staff person - Brian ? who usually works mornings was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make a special weekend with my sister even more special - his extra efforts really made the Sheraton stand out in my mind, now and years to come.
"Great location, poor service"
The hotel was located in the center of everything but some of the worst service I have ever received. Ordered room service. Chicken wings were missing sauce, blue cheese, celery and carrots. Calamari was missing dipping sauce and was cold. The food was replaced but no compensation. Asked house keeping for a sewing kit, called 3 times before delivered […] and was told it was a busy night. "close to rogers centre"
the stay was great. no real issues except that we were shocked to get our breakfast bill and it was $100 for two buffets and two a la carte breakfasts. i have stayed in lots of hotels and had lots of buffets but none that was so expensive. the next morning we walked to the sunset grill which was excellent and a fraction of the cost.

i got a great price and the location and hotel overall was great. The only issue i had was with breakfast, my 14 year old son and his friend had the buffet. my husband and i picked from the menu. the bill was close to $100! the buffet was $30 per person, you could have ordered whatever you wanted from the menu for that price. i was shocked. the next […] day we went to the sunset grill at yonge and Richmond , it was great and i would recommend it to everyone instead of eating breakfast at the hotel. i definitely feel like i was gouged. "sheraton centre in Toronto"
Everything except the pool area was well maintained. The upgrades underway in the hotel should include the pool. It is one of the best hotel pools in the city, but it has been run down and not monitored. note: The change rooms require a long walk down the hall to the pool area. "Sheratin University Street downtown Toronto"
An unexpected warm climate for March contributed to an uncomfortably warm room. Adjusting the thermostat did not improve the temperature. All else was great

Wireless Internet was so expensive that I preferred to don't use Internet. Over all was a good experience.

"Sheraton Downtown Toronto"
Food was overpriced,dishes and cutlery were not clean.There were fruit flies in the brunch fruit plate. The carpets need to be replaced in the hallways
"Quality accomodations - centrally located"
This large hotel is right in the centre of everyplace you would want to go in downtown Toronto and is connected directly to the underground walkway an shopping system under the street level of Toronto. Very nice stay and the view from the 43rd floor is great.

Good location and comfortable beds. Bar in lobby area was under renovation and therefore closed. Make sure you ask for a room away from the elevators. Excellent Service checking in.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Centre Hotel. We were within walking distance to Massey Hall where we went to a concert, Nathan Phillips Square, the Eaton Centre and some great restaurants. The price was reasonable considering the location and convenience of the area. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. "Going to the Opera"
Stayed here to go to the Canadian Opera Company. The hotel is a 2 minute walk (max) from the COC. Convenient to all the sights including the Eaton Center, where you can buy $8 chocolate covered strawberries, as well as lots of great restaurants. Just came down for the weekend and was very pleased with the rate and the hotel. Ideal.

"Great stay at the Sheraton"
i showed up to the check in desk and was greatly greeted with a friendly employee. only took a few minutes to take care of the check in. i got a great view of the city, mainly facing north towards city hall, the room was toasty, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay for when in the city :)

"Downtown Toronto Sheraton on Queen St. E."
Excellent location in city. Nice view from hotel room of surrounding downtown cityscape and of indoor/outdoor pool which was very inviting. Unfortunately not able to take advantage of the pool, but room was very comfortable, at a good price. Lobby was very well designed with wireless access.

"Strange service"
They seem to have some staff shortages, as all the time there was nobody at the bell services and huge lines to the reception and concierge.
it was a wonderful stay except that the security knocked on our door to tell us that there was a complain from the people on the hotel room beside us about noise coming from us. In fact they are the ones who were so noisy because they are having a party. The security should have observe and investigate first before deciding to warn us that should they […] complain again we will be force to leave. It seems that whoever complain first will be the one they will listen to. I hope they do it better the next time. Otherwise, it won't be fair if it's how you manage to address the situation. I had to spend the night in Toronto for Pre-op examinations prior to open heart surgery. I asked only that our room be close to an elevator as I am unable to walk any distance due to my condition. Upon arrival I checked in with a charming polite and informative female employee. Without a word she upgraded us to a handicap friendly room right by an elevator. […] What a different reception than at other hotels I recently stayed at in Toronto. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view. I wish I could have seen more but was unable to leave the room until early morning in order to attend the hospital.
