The one very noticeable characteristic of this hotel is the friendly staff. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I encountered made me feel as though I was at home and that they were glad I was there. "Hotel felt dingy"
I would not stay At this hotel again. The pool bar was closed at 3 pm on the day we arrived and there were no pool towels. A big palm tree branch fell on my daughter as we came into the hotel and it bruised and cut her leg.

"Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel"
The hotel is fine.The pool is wonderful, not much sun and can get quite busy. The location is great right in central Boca. Although its not close to the beach, we new that before booking. it is one of the nicer hotels in Boca with out having to spend upwords of 400 a night. Rooms are older but still fine. Wouldn't want to stay here for a week or more […] so but for a few nights of sleep its perfectly fine. It can be very nice if you get it while its on sale. "Everything was great until breakfast."
We stayed there on New Year's Eve. We had dinner reservations with a client in Boca and didn't want a long drive home. This is a really nice place to stay. The pool area and pool bar is terrific. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The other reason for choosing Renaissance was a breakfast we had over Christmas at the Renaissance […] Vinoy in St. Petersburg. Lemon souffle pancakes. They were light and tasted just like a souffle. Amazingly delicious. Anyway, we ordered them at this Renaissance and they were awful. Heavy and rubbery, just like a souffle that has fallen. I mentioned it to the waiter and he suggested that I order something else because the cook couldn't really make this particular dish. Great room but broken shower curtain.Beautiful and warm pool and great hot tub.No towel rack? But a group of partying men woke we up at 2 and 3 AM lots of noise in the hall ways.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times, and each time it just keeps getting better. The location is perfect, the employees wonderful, warm and funny. Hotel is beautiful with a great pool, good food, good rates, and we are treated like family. I cannot say enough about this location.

We are small business owners, working 365 days a year. Booked this hotel to be near mother to see her for Thanksgiving day. We were warmly greeted, and received, ,"above and beyond service," when ever we asked for something. Want to find an excuse to visit again, very soon. Top notch experience in every way.

First the lobby was under construction, a fact I would have liked to know before booking. Second, we had 2 fire alarms go off on two different days. Third and probably the most frustrating was the maid staff. They were rude, didn't even make up the room one day and they walked in without knocking first. "Nice!"
Very nice. Staff was accomdating. No built in hair dryer in the bathroom but one for the asking-delivered to the room! Nice Aveda toilettries! Clean bathroom - no mold!! AC was a bit noisy - but most hotel ACs are! Overall - a very pleasant stay! Wish I had more than one night there! Outdoor area looked nice!

"Renissance Boca Raton - Huge Disappointment"
The worst service hotel I have ever expereinced! My husband and I were looking forward to a 4 day stay at this Renissance hotel and were greatly disappointed. The service was terrible! The check-in process was quick but there was no assistance to locating our room. I requested a crib upon check-in and was told that it would be brought to my room. I […] waited an hour, no crib was sent over so I called the front desk. I was told that it would be sent right away. I waited two more hours, no crib...I called front desk again, and waited another hour before the flimsy, dirty play pen was finally dropped off at our door. The room was not clean and our sheets were not changed once during our 4 day stay. The breakfast at hotel restaurant was terrible. The wait staff were polite but the food was terrible. I don't know how you can screw up an omelete but, I had, by far the worse omelet ever, at this hotel. The front desk clerks were not hesitant to slouch, roll their eyes and appear ready to be done assiting guests so they can go back to leaning agains the desk or sitting in a corner away from the front desk. When asked for directions to the nearest ice cream shop to take our toddler, the female clerk gave severly inaccurate directions. Overall, I am completely turned off to ever staying at another Renissance hotel. I have ahd superiorservice and breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express. I will gladly pay more and stay out of my way to book my next reservations at a Hilton resort. P.S. The pictures are misleading, I have neer seen such a small pool and unclean pool area. "Loved the Pool"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. From the cookies at check in to the pool, to the complimentary coffee, I was very impressed. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I am next in Florida.
the hotel was very nice with a wonderful pool area. I wish we had time to enjoy the pool more but we were only there for a short amount of time and could only use it at night time. A hidden paradise upon arriving, at check in: friendly, smiling faces to greet you, beautiful tropical garden surrondings, amazing pool and tiki hut for refreshments, convenient to resturants, shopping, and interstate. A perfect place to get away and relax.

this was a great place to get away for some peace and quiet from all the family members at one house. the kids in the pool were even masked by the waterfall noise. very kind staff. very fast service. bed was sooo comfy.

I had booked this hotel based on the positive comments from past guests and can confirm the reviews are valid. The hotel staff was more than accommodating for forgotten items. On the way to the fitness center (small but had great treadmills and free weights) I had forgotten my hair tie and my mp3 player froze. The front desk staff found a rubber band […] and assisted in resetting my mp3 player. My sister had forgotten items in the room after check out and they allowed us back in to retrieve them. The only dissatisfaction was the horrible humidity in our room. I believe this room was not completely renovated with central AC and the outside unit poured in wet cold air. Overall, a nice hotel. It is showing it's age a little but, the room was clean, the pool is nice and the hotel is conveniently located. The only negative experience was the complimentary coffee in the lobby was not refilled. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

"Wonderful place to stay!"
My stay at this hotel was wonderful, friendly customer service and the room itself offered anything you would need with all the comfort of home!
the stuff specialy the reception and the belman wasexseptionally nice,helpfull I fell like in 5 star+++ hotel!!!!!!! The restaurant service need some impruvment about the service,but they were nice also!!!!! Overall I will recomend this hotel TO EVERYBODY and I will stay there again!!!! "poor internet service"
The hotel is not good if you are traveling. I stay there occasionally, but cannot do any work because their Wifi connection is so weak and slow.

Hotel is conveniently place on Glade Blvd just off of I-95; lots of restaurants/shops nearby; pool and bar are nice; rooms are well appointed (flat screen TV's in most rooms - all others being fitted over the next two months)

They had a lot of outdoor seating; a bar, couches etc.. It was nice to be able to sit outside and read for a while rather than be couped up in my room.
