Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

"Convenien Blue Line access, walkable to Convention"
I'm not sure if it's because I paid a little extra for the deluxe room, but Westin seems to do a lot of things right. I wanted a room with Internet access and I knew I would be in-and-out with my car frequently. I did the math, and it is cheaper to get the deluxe room than pay for those things separately. Additionally the deluxe room came with vouchers […] for breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which could also be used for room service (up to 30 USD). The deluxe room was definitely worth the value for me, and it came with niceties that other hotels would charge you for, like free bottles of water (other hotels might charge as much as three bucks a piece) and a bath robe. My only complaint was that I would have liked access to a roll-away bed, but they could not provide one due to firecode. All in all, I was very happy with my experience at the Westin. I have been going to conventions in Rosemont since 2003 and of the hotels in the area I have stayed at, this is my favourite so far. Przeczytaj więcej
"Went there for board exam"
I went there because my board exam was there. It's a nice hotel w free shuttle from and to ohare. They charge for Internet which is annoying considering the room was expensive. Their restaurants were a bit pricy and quite empty so I ate at the giordano's which is a block away.

The overall experience was great, the staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The Westin is normally my choice and again they delivered.

"excellent airport hotel"
i was in and out of o'hare for a short business trip and the westin was clean, attractive and well-maintained with very friendly staff - high quality all around.
"Nice hotel, but tub had drainage problem"
Everything was nice about the hotel and room except the tub was dirty. It looked like it had backed up and left a bunch of dirt and grime. When water was turned on in the tub, it drained very slow.

Very comfortable room and a good rate. You do have to pay extra for parking which I felt was at an outrageous fare. But it is Chicago and I suppose that should be expected.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!"
This hotel is outdated, not maintained, has a dirty feel, room was too hot and could not be controlled, none of the nice details expected at a Westin/nicer hotel. Huge hassle factor with keys not working, horrible and slow room service food, lack of cleanliness all around. There are other, much nicer hotels nearby this location to check out.

If you don't mind paying 25.00 a night for parking this is a wonderful hotel to stay at. We even got a green coupon for not having a maid come in on our second day which was worth a whole 45 bucks but there was nothing that i could use the $5 for as we didn't eat at the restuarant and it's no good towards any alcohol so was it wort not having maid service […] for the night? "Comfort and Convenience"
The hotel is pretty and in a great location. The personnel was not exactly warm, but not mean or rude either. The rooms were very clean, which is the most important factor in my choosing a hotel. The beds were not very comfortable and had too few pillows. Drinks at the bar were WAY expensive and you have to pay for parking as well.

The Bartender - Joey - is one of the best. I had not been back to the hotel for several months and he new exactly what I was having when I walked in the bar. Provides great, friendly service and would recommend staying at this hotel AND visiting the Benchmark.

This hotel is a lovely property but I have to say the front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Smiles that seemed truly genuine and not fake.
Would not rate this hotel as a 4 star! needs some serious maintenecnce and new carpeting. mimi fridge in room was empty and not working. carpets are smelly and there are stains all over. Free Shuttle to/from airport is about the best thing about this hotel. Restaurant prices are overpriced.

The Hotel was nice but the room was a lttle basic for my expectations. The toile was not flushed when I went in which turned me off a little. Other than that everything was ok but did expect a little more far a Westin.

staff at reception desk was not courtious . Never received welcome and thank you at the end. It was my first time at the westin and probably last.
A short walk from the blue line train and very close to restaurants like Giordano's, the location is convenient for those using O'Hare. The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms are clean and modern.

"Great stay but..."
The price and the stay was great. Only thing was the bathroom door didn't lock and when they cleaned our room, they never refilled the coffee and cups. We had to call twice cause first time, came with coffee without cups. In the end, still happy
"ELEGANT BUT NOT OVERWELMING *** CLOSE TO SO MUCH"
Great choice for your Chicago stay, close to inter city public transport. Relaxing and comfortable - great bedding/mattress. Only down side was parking charges even though the hotel is not downtown.
"Westin in Rosemont- Quick walk to train"
I needed to be close to the train station and the Westin is only about a 2 block walk to the Rosemont blue line stop. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Room service was beyond what I expected. Large quantity of food and very good. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Westin prior to a flight to O'Hara. The shuttle was nice even at 3:00 am in the morning. The room was very nice and spacious. We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very nice also. Would recommend.

This was a family trip to Chicago to relax and see the sights. I did not want to drive downtown Chicago and fight traffic and parking headaches. Looked for a hotel in the O'Hare area with easy access to public transportation, and I could not have picked a better place to stay. This Westin Hotel is easy to drive to traffic wise and only 2 blocks to the […] Rosemont train station, where a transit pass allows unlimited train and bus transfers to anywhere in Chicago. "Not bad, if your you don't want to leave the hotel"
Is really close to O'Hare, but nothing really within walking distance. Also, no Ipod dock alarm clock. Otherwise, was clean, and the gym and pool were nice. Internet in the room was pricey as was the restaurant.

Hotel was smoke-free, yet room smelled of old smoke. To be very blunt-the room stunk! Upon opening the door to the room, the bed looked as if someone had been laying on it just before we arrived. The covers were sunken in and somewhat wrinkled. Every item or service from the hotel had a price tag on it. Anywhere from internet service being a charge […] in the rooms to a basic bottle of water costing $4!!!! The hotel does not clean the rooms every day. The sheets were never changed and we stayed 4 nights. The towels were left in the bathroom and the used glasses were never removed or replaced with clean ones. The choices of TV were very limited. The hotel seemed to service seminars and conferences much more than travelers that were staying for other reasons. […] Parking is very expensive and not easy to access.
